Wanting some lower power white LEDs

Want 2 white LEDs that arn't super bright to replace the bright blue LEDs on my Silverstone ML07 case. The power and HDD LEDs are way too bright on this thing.

Just put a resistor in series with the LEDs to reduce their brightness.

Then replace them with white ones? The point remains: use a resistor to lower their brightness -- doesn't matter if it's blue LEDs or white LEDs.

thanks, makes sense since the power draw isn't even a watt.
