I assume you are on Win10?

Try logging in on the "Mail" application or other online mail viewer.

You would need to contact xbox support and provide them as much information as you can about your account to confirm your identity and hopefully they will be willing to change the email associated with the xbox account.

Is there anything I can do from this point?

No... They don't have any record of that email... That doesn't even look like the same email service - it would be like trying to log in to a yahoo.com email address at gmail? Was this an email address provided by your ISP? Are you no longer with that ISP and lost access to your email account when your ISP account was terminated?
Also you should maybe remove or edit that image so as not to expose your email address.

Are you trying to do something with your xbox account that requires email confirmation? If so, you should contact xbox support and see if they can change the email address linked to your xbox account to a new email address.

Try using your same login details on the Bell Canada email site, it appears like they absorbed Sympatico's email system at some point.
