HX850i for C$100?

So I've found a deal for a Corsair HX850i PSU for C$100. It's been lightly used, comes with all the cables, and I personally know the seller. I'm looking to use it for another PC that I'll be building soon.

 

Is this a good deal? Would you pay C$100 for a HX850i?

I think you could haggle it for a little less, a new RMx unit is around 120

Also, it seems like the HX850i keeps its fan off until it hits 400W of power consumption, whereas the RM850x keeps its fan off until it hits 250W or more.

Some old Core 2 Quad system that'll draw less than 200W.

That's a good deal.. If you want it, go ahead and grab it.. Even if it is a little over kill..
