Any way to find out what HDMI version my monitor has?

Kenny427

Hello,
I have the BenQ 24" 3D LED XL2411Z and I am not sure what HDMI version it has.
It matters cause I need to know if its 1.4 or better so I can run 144hz or not with HDMI cable.

Version numbers are an unofficial label for hardware, and doesn't have any technical meaning in terms of describing a product's capabilities.

Some "HDMI 1.4" monitors are limited to 60 Hz over HDMI, some support 120 Hz, some support 144 Hz.

The BenQ XL2411Z is limited to 60 Hz over HDMI.
