I wanted to say Asrock X470 Taichi, but mITX... Strix X470-I has a white logo if you turn the LEDs off (no black for LED as colour lol), MSI B450-I has the strongest VRM but red accents (guess you can paint the top of the heatsink instead), Gigabyte... Just no. Asrock B450 ITX is decent for a cheap board, but holding off a Ryzen 7... Kinda harsh.

The mATX boards are even worse than mITX. I wanted to just say get a smaller case while you're at it

Keep in mind a black board is wanted, B450 and X470 mATX boards are either grey or RGB stuffed. The closest one to "black" is the MSI B450m Pro-VDH, which has a dark brownish PCB and the VRMs are average (if not a bit bad).

@SGBudgetGamer and on the cooler, the PS15 only holds up to 154mm tall ones while the CM212 Black is 158mm. What you can use is the Arctic Freezer 33 Esports, but their fans aren't full black so you'll need replacements for those as well.

Corsair SP fans are loud though. Now that I think of it Fractal HP-12 and Phanteks F120MP are the best replacements for the stock Arctic stuff. Mounting it could be difficult because of different frame designs, but that's the cost of swapping fans itself.

Motherboard : AsRock B450m Pro4

Reasons : has dual nvme m.2  slots, proper vram cooling, matx, blacked out motherboard.

Graphics card : Asus Strix RTX 2070/2080 8gb advanced

Reasons : has rgb switch options, dual bios, full black design, silent fans, should fit your tiny case

If you need case fans I'd suggest the "fractal design dynamic X2 GP Fans 140mm" it comes with 120mm converters, and they're black as well.

As for replacement fans for the hyper 212 I'd suggest the "fractal design venturi hf-12 120mm fans" silent, effective and black.

Good luck.
