HP Compaq 6830s Bios

I wouldnt post this to forums if i knew what is wrong but as far i have no idea. i got somewhere the old hp bought a new ssd popped it in tried booting from usb no luck as it promps non system disk or disk error replace everything that i tried is changing boot options boot prorities to boot from usb but no luck what could it be wrong? the bios is very old... tried disk diaglostics if it would say anything but other than "passed" nothing. bootable usb is working on other computer as i tried because it might got something wrong with rufus but its working properly something is wrong with the laptop,bios... Does anyone has any clue about this?
