Need Help Planning Workstation Build for Accelerated Data Analytics

The company I am working for is receiving 2 RTX Quadro 8000s and an NVLink bridge from Nvidia, but we currently do not have a workstation and need some advice on parts to choose. I've built home/gaming pcs in the past, but done any workstation builds. Any advice is greatly appreciated as I do not know very much about this level of hardware.

If you want something familiar and very buildable, go Supermicro. You can look at all the Super0 system options easily at thinkmate.com

But if you need something newer and more innovative, go Tyan and check out systems like their Thunder HX FT48T-B7105

 

What other components are you looking to emphasize?

Sorry for the delayed reply, we will be running a server so I'd imagine the cpu being important. Which cpu would you recommend for our use case?
