Making a Apple Music web player.

I want to build a simple Apple Music Web Player utilizing MusicKit JS https://developer.apple.com/documentation/musickitjs

 

My question is this, is this doable without knowledge of javascript framework like React/angular/vue?

There are dozens of these already. But if you really want to make your own its perfectly possible without a framework, but probably significantly harder.
