asus ASUS Laptop, windows 10 installation keeps freezing

Hey guys, i have problem with Asus laptop. I already managed to install new Win 10 via USB and it worked fine for a while but then it just kept freezing when i was loaded in system.

So i thought it can be hard drive issue, because LED indicator stopped showing any activity but only when i started laptop it worked for a while. So i changed hdd for new one, and when i am in proces of Windows installation (Getting things ready/who owns this pc) same happened again and again ... No activity from LED and screen freezes, already tried 3 HDD's  and Windows usb should be ok, i used same on my pc, downloaded directly from Microsoft.. Anybody have an idea? i guess its hardware issue but im not sure.. Thanks for help!
