if that is real can I run windows10 on arm on android device?

my device is Xiao Mi MIX,the bootloader is unlocked,any advice?

If there are no drivers for your device for W10 on Arm, there's no hope for it working properly.

Can't be done, windows for arm exists but it only supports a handful of devices. May I ask why you'd do this?
