The 2600 is a much better choice.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

Short answer: no

Long answer: noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

An 8350k requires a pricy z370 board and at least an h7 (windale 6 is preferred) to overclock. A 2600 is much better value (doesn't have the IPC/clock speed advantage that the 8350k has but makes up for it in the extra cores and threads, which will help in CPU intensive games and multitasking among other things).
