Hi, Recently I saw on Jayztwocents channel that they used an alphacool Eisbaer AIO (see attached) that looks very different compare to any other Eisbaer AIOs available both on alphacool store or 3rd party. Has anyone seen this version somewhere else? I have a eiswolf gpu AIO that has exactly the same tubes and I can't find the ones that match.

Hi, For some unknown reason EKWB products are no where to be found in my country. I found Corsair and Alphacool fittings, will they fit with each other, EKWB, Corsair and Alphacool? All are G1/4 fittings, the corsair are 5mm male thread length and the EKWB are 4.5mm, this shouldn't matter, correct? Anything else? Corsair Fittings are Corsair Hydro X Series Xf Compression 10/13mm I know Corsair, but are Alphacool products good and reliable? What about XSPC? Thanks

Does anyone know what the correct or more common position is for AIO tube routing? Apparently placing the tubes from bottom up reduces or eliminates air pockets, therefore reducing pump speed said to remove those therefore reducing thermals and noise. What’s everyone’s take on this? Tempted to rotate the AIO a full 90* degrees to see if this is true. NZXT X62 manual doesn’t show if its up or down. Only issue I’m thinking is that the space between GPU and AIO is a bit too close to bend the tubes comfortably. ??

So I bought a computer off craigslist and when I opened it up everything smelled really bad, did not smell like burning rubber or cigarette or any other smoking product it was just a really dirty smell. I spent a long time trying to figure out what the source of the smell was and eventually found out it was the AIO Cooler. Thinking it was the radiator, I submerged the rad in warm soapy water to get rid of the stench and let it dry overnight. The next day to me disappointment I could still smell the awful odor, but not from the rad, I smelled it coming from the tubing. So at this point I am wondering how I would go about getting rid of the odor on the tubing. Any tips would be helpful, thanks.

Hi everyone, I need some help. I'm about to start re-doing my cooling loop but I cant decide on the tube materials yet. Should I go for 316 Stainless steel , Chrome plated brass or copper ? Stainless steel is cheaper, looks cool and I get 60% off all fittings and tubes through my job but I'm not sure how it works with my water blocks in the long run. Chrome plated brass and copper is more expensive but safer since I already know brass works with my water blocks. From what I understand it is all safe but it's better to be sure. Anyone knows anything that can help me decide ?

Hello. I picked up the Corsair H60 AIO cooler and ordered some sleeving from Amazon, mostly for cables, but it can fit the tubing in this model. Is there a way to safely disassemble it? Preferably just so I could put on the sleeving onto the tubes. And if so, what coolant should I use to refill it and what would be the best way of doing it? This is my first try at the watercooling. And despite watching a lot of videos from Linus and Jay I don't think either of them mentioned something like that before. Thanks.

tubing Any reviews on Mayhems Ultra Clear tubing?
Gill posted a topic in Custom Loop and Exotic Cooling
Hi all, Did anyone try Mayhems Ultra Clear Tubing? I tried twice using PrimoChill Primoflex Advance LRT and it both cases this tube is leaching when hitting ~43c water temps. The Mayhems doesn't suppose to leach but I didn't read reviews on it. I wonder if anyone here tried. -
Ok after using my PC I really want to water cool, this will be my first time so I want to stick to regular bending pipes. My components are already on my profile however the spec-03 is not really optimised for water cooling but I really want to water cool in that as recently i fell in love with that case despite being limited and fairly cheap. The case like i said is limited to with really rough sketch i thought of removing the hdd bracket for a slim 240 rad and a 5.25 res/pump combo. Another slim 240 res at top with barb fittings. Im planning double res as i want to water cool my gpus. Now this rough sketch is obviously random but I want your guys suggestion like what is really good parts and if I should even bother water cooling in this cheap case. Finally its a red and black theme.

Hi, So my mounting of my Corsair H110i GTX cooler has been bothering me. I have a Corsair 760T case. As you can see in the pictures, the tubes are bent between the radiator and the fan, and the tube is very stiff so I'm worried it might damage the tubing or pull it off the radiator. Should I turn my radiator around so the tubing is to the front of the case instead of the back? Have I mounted it wrong? Pics:

I am thinking of adding a custom loop to my PC but I have no idea what tube or tube size to get. I know I should get a tygon based tube as it wont leak as much plasticiser but what's the difference between tygon and bio tygon? I am also stuck on what tube size to get I want a thick wall so it wont kink as easy but I don't know what inner diameter to get Iv'e heard that 13 mm or 9.5 mm are the best to go with but all the different measurements are confusing as well with the fittings. I want to go with bits power compression fittings as I want the peace of mind that the compression fitting will stay on and I also like the look of their carbon fittings Loop parts if interested Radiator: Alpha NexXxoS ST30 Full Copper 420mm CPU Block: EK Water Blocks EK-Supremacy MX - Acetal EK Water Blocks Pump and Resivour: EK-D5 XRES 100 Revo PWM - incl. Pump Coolant: EK Water Blocks EK-Ekoolant EVO Clear (Premix 1L) x2 colouring: Mayhems Pastel Concentrate, Red

Hey forum guys and gals, I am working on this project for my studio class, and thought this would be the best place to get some input, not on the idea and concept so much but on picking a water pump. Feel free to put some input in tools to use with this also. THE CONCEPT: Our project is to make a device of some type and make it work. This device will then relate to some type of design that will be accomplished later, after this project. The actual concept is to use tubes and a water pump to cool down a human arm. The tubes will range from probably 1/4, 5/16, 1/8, and maybe IV tubes connected together with the idea of viens as inspiration. The connections will be made into lines no metal connections (being more organic looking than steampunky). The idea is that the running water passing through high thermal conductive tubes will cool off the skin or raise heat with a simple heat addition(would not be applied to this) only concept of cooling. Dont take this as a literal working project because there is alot of issues with the idea. But having the tubes spread out like veins and a large surface area of contact between the tubes and skin would transfer the heat in arms and then air would take the heat out by passing over the tubes. The Problem: I am looking for a water pump that is small enough to put on an arm and circulate water through the tubing. The budget here is around US $130 me and my project partner will be splitting the cost being college students trying to keep this cheap.

I am liquid cooling a 4770k in the corsair 350d with the maximus vi gene. What overclocking could I do? Thank you in advance for replying!

Hey guys, I finally decided to go with a custom water loop. I'm pretty confident about everything. I just have a few questions. Which fittings do I use? How do I know which ones to use? And also, which reservoir do I use on the Corsair Air 540 case? It has 2 vertical bays. Thanks! My PC's Specs: Case: Corsair Air 540 Mobo: Asus Maximus VI Formula CPU: i7 4770K GPU: GTX 780 Ti PSU: Corsair RM850 RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance 1866Mhz (2x8GB) Storage: 2x Samsung 840 Pro 256GB

So normally in the past I've been downloading things around 900KBs-1.3MBs. But, starting like 4 days ago, my downloads have been constantly dropping to like 16KBs then only going back up to around 500KBs. When they arent going up and down like that they are just hanging around 150KBs. And, every once in a while it will drop to 0 for like a minute. Whats going on and what can I do about it???? My brother told me hes been having the same issue. So i know the problem isnt my computer.
