Hi, I ve already posted this topic, but now it is new problem. So I & the guy that was following the topic, thought that it is due CPU overheat. But temps are normal. Also I cleaned PC and applied new thermal paste. Here is the link od topic, there are HWMonitor stats, and all: Then after all that done, it again appears. I mean, it havent been and then I got windows update. And again comes. I dont know is it due windows updates, but also if I need to revert back. It is hard cus that mf windows was updateing nearly every day. Everyday I go Shutdown and Update. Never had this issue. Also I noticed that , because I have TV connected as monitor, it is near plug for my phone to charge. When Placing or pulling charger out of plug. It goes green screen on second and went back. But now it goes randomly.

Hi, I m having an problem. So, it goes like this This strangely started appearing when I downloaded game Assetto Corsa. In that game I ve got green screen that can go back to the normal view and again happends. So I noticed that just when playing assetto corsa. But, from that, it happened in another game today. In game named Squad. I have been playing squad for few years, and never had this issue. For now in League of Legends, this never happened, before and now from assetto corsa also game was working fine. It looks like Steam games are causing this. I mean I didnt clean my PC few months I can say. Also thermal paste wasnt changed In maybe year or a two. But this never happened. Today after PC restart, I got error message about cpu overheat. I mean it isnt cleaned, its winter and my home heating system is behind pc but not to it, under it, to the table on which pc is. But like I said, that didnt happend never, and I have this PC so long. CPU is old, but is performing very well for all my needings. Here are specs: Intel i7 2600 4.0Ghz 4C 8T RAM 16GB HyperX DDR3 SSD HDD PSU 550Watt RX 570 4GB It is connected trough HDMI, on TV screen 32Inch Samsung. IMG_4168.mov

Hi guys I'm Reza and i'm sending this post from Iran. The reason that i start to post this topic is that i want to show you one of the Iranian brand that they create power supplies, cases and CPU air and water cooler ?. You know because of sanctions that USA has set for my country Iran we are not able to buy most common pc hardware brand in Iran due to their high price in Iran. For example we have to buy Corsair 1200 watt Power supply like 3000$. Anyway I wanted to show you one brand that we use instead of those expensive international brands which you might not have noticed yet. I've been using a pc with these specifications for almost 6 years with Green power supply and recently i buy CPU air cooler from this brand for my central Intel Monster ? ( absolutely it's not ) believe it or not it works perfectly. My PC specifications ? : Intel Core 2 Quad 8300 ? ( The Monster ) With Green Air Cooler 8GB of DDR3 RAM (Geil) XFX AMD Readon 5670 1GB ( The second Monster ) ? I was wondering this brand might be interesting to Linus and others in this forum. Dear Linus, I really enjoy watching your videos on youtube every day and every time i watch your videos you give me passion to keep going my way for work by your informations and videos about pc hardware or anything you post on youtube. Thank you. and here are some examples of those power supply and air coolers ? : this is a cooler that i use and this one is my power supply if you're interested to see all product of this brand this is their website : http://green-case.com, unfortunately the website language isn't English but you can go through the pages very easily. look at this guy and see how cool it is : https://green.ir/products/power-supply/gp1200b-ocdg last thing i wanted to mention is that these product are really cheap for us and even you. but i don't know if you could buy anything from their website because as i know they don't have any international website or retail reseller to do this. but if you want anything maybe I'll be able to send them to you through Iranian post company : https://post.ir/en-US/PostPortal/1/page/Home Thank you all guys for reading this topic

Felt like sharing this video(not mine!) on the topic of tech and green activism as whole. I feel like this is very important discussion among us enthusiasts and others who have desktop or even laptop for that matter. Precisely when it comes to reducing the e-waste and repurposing old desktops or old laptops. Very curious to know your opinions on this, because I personally think we should this kind of discussions on things like this that have massive amounts of impact on things we care about. P.S. I do also hope if Linus picks up on this and makes a discussion video about this topic.

I want to see what green coolant (like car coolant) looks like when the waterblocks and fans are all set to a red color theme, to see if I like it or not. About to buy coolant for my loop, and I'm playing with ideas. Thanks in advance!

Do you think that Dodge should bring back the Viper as an ultra high performance all electric american-made supercar. All-wheel drive. With a 1000 mile range. 2500 horsepower. Street legal. With an electronic automatic transmission. With tons of performance. And with a maximum speed a 365 mph. What do you think. Do you think this will be a big bold move for Dodge. To reintroduce the Viper as an electric vehicle?

I just upgraded my CPU and I took off the AIO cooler. On the sides of the cpu block the thermal paste had turned green, I was wondering if it is because the AIO is leaking and the copper rusted(don't know if it's called rusting with copper, but it turns green) Any idea? Photo attached

So I recently have started building my pc and everything is going well, lights are turning on, all my fans are running, and my bios shows everything is going well. However, my Asus motherboard (Tuf Gaming x570 plus wifi) is stuck with a green qled for a boot problem. CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800x GPU: Evga GeForce 1070 ti Memory: Gskill Trident 16gb DDR4 Storage: Samsung 980 pro 2tb m.2 nvme SSD PSU: Corsair RM750x Cooler: Corsair H100i Elite Capillex Case: Corsair Carbide 275R I already tried taking out the ssd, cleaning it, seating it back in, and putting it into a different m.2 slot. When I put it in the different m.2 slot further away from the CPU the bios recognized my ssd in Storage, but the green qled on the Asus motherboard was still on. So I went to advanced boot settings in bios and saw my ssd was set as Boot Priority #1. I also enabled CSM and reset CMOS battery. Bios looks fine just the qled won't turn off. Any help any of you can give is appreciated.

Like I mentioned in other posts, I'm going to buy a gaming PC, but I'm trying to find the best components according to my very, very tight budget (U$D550). Well, I need an SSD for the OS and a few things more, but they're too expensive in my country and the cheapest ones that I found are the OCZ TR150 and the WD GREEN, both 120GB SATA, which one is better?

Fellow Techies, I hope y'all are doing well. I am new to this area of LLT and new to Programing. I watched a few videos of people doing so serious $h!t with coding and programming and got a little bit of an itch now. I am a full time student and stay decently busy but I get a couple of hours free here and there. Where and what is good place to start learning. What is the difference between coding and programming? I am not great at teaching myself but I can do so if given lots of free time. If someone can at least point in the right direction I will be most grateful. Thanks a bunch.

So I just bought myself a AOC Agon AG241QX monitor and it works fine in desktop mode although i have like 5-7 dead pixels (which could means i can probably get to use their warranty) but aside from that, nothing. Until i get into a game (Skyrim or Paragon for example) My screen then turns blurry and green/red, somewhat like 3d i guess, but i dont think the monitor supports that and there´s no setting for it that I can find.. Anyone know of an issue like this? Would appreciate the help!

Is there any green ear cups fot ATH M50X or can someone make custom ones that look good?

Today I saw a black widow chroma v2 at microcenter and bought it, comes with the same wrist rest as the Mecha-membrane one (ornata) and looks similar. I noticed on the back they advertise a new switch that is linear, and "razer yellow" with a 1.2mm actuation, no doubt to combat the rapid fire from corsair. I can't find anything about these online so I had to buy it, of course.

Hello, I have purchased a Corsair K65 rgb for christmas, i have been using the keyboard for about 4 months without any issues. Recently, the LED's on the keyboard don't show the colour green and the white on the LED's is displayed as pink. I have tried to reinstall the corsair program for it and set up the colours of the keyboard again but nothing worked. Any help on how to fix this would be appreciated.

source: http://www.kitguru.net/components/ssd-drives/matthew-wilson/western-digital-launches-blue-and-green-series-ssds/ review: http://www.anandtech.com/show/10741/the-western-digital-blue-1tb-ssd-review this is not the 1st time WD dabbled in the consumer SSD market, their 1st attempt was about 6y ago with the SiliconEdge Blue - one year prior they acquired SiliconSystems, a manufacturer of solid state storage devices (Compact Flash mainly) 1y ago, WD announced the acquisition of SanDisk for 19 billion USD today, they launch their own branded SATA SSDs - the WD Blue and WD Green - in 2.5" and m.2 2280 form factors specs for the WD Blue, thanks to AnandTech: WD's 1TB Blue SSD is nothing to write home about; it doesn't even match the drive it "copies" (with tweaked FW), the SanDisk X400 the MSRP for WD's Blue SSD is not OK in the current market - it seems like WD didn't even do market research prior to launch things like Crucial MX300 have 3D TLC, they are faster and cheaper the OCZ Trion 150, is planar TLC and it's cheaper if WD wants to grab some market, they need to lower the price

What color theme do yall prefer? If your build had to be displayed what color would you want the main components to be? What color theme do you despise? My preferred color theme is Black and White with hints of green (like the Geforce GTX led). I was working on that theme until my motherboard died and I had to go with AsRock Red. yuck. I can live with red.... it's blue that makes me cringe. I can not stand anything blue. There is too many blue themed boards, plus not everything goes with blue. My great grandmother has blue carpet, blue lament flooring, blue counter-tops, blue cabinets, blue walls, furniture with blue in it, blue clothes, it's like the cookie monster was fu#*ing slashed and bled all over every d@mn thing in her Condo! Maybe that is where I get my hate for blue.

PREAMBLE I always wanted to build a white and green themed PC, which was somewhat of a problem at the beginning due to the lack of white and green components and also low budget. But now I can finally tackle this problem. I won't talk much around this as you're probably more interested in some pictures and specs. If you have any questions feel free to ask, I'll answer them as soon as I can. If there are enough questions coming up I'll add more information to the post. I still have to add the green dye and make some slight modifikations, but it is almost done! Excuse the bad picture quality - I'm just happy that I finally got there. Update January 19th 2018 New year - new build? Well, I bought a new case and so I managed to finally continue this wild roallercoster of a build. But this time I will actually post proper pictures of an actually green and white themed build - which will be hanging on a wall! And for one I'm not just making empty promises - the build is basically done! But for now I will only show you pictures of the case and fittings: Thermaltake Core P5 / AlphaCool HT 16mm Update January 27th 2018 The build is comepleted and got its own little place on one of my walls. Here are some pictures: This was one hell of a challenge, considering that it was my second hardline build ever. I'm not quite happy with some of the bends, the lighting and the fluid and might change a few things here and there. For everyone that thought about doing a hardline build I can only recommend to take your time! Performance on the other hand is great as you can probably imagine with all the open space and that massive radiator.

So i bought a rgb led strip. And i already have 4 green led fans. So i thought about soldering the wire of the green leds from my fan to the rgb strip so i could sync the brightness. What do you guys think, will it work or will it be complete shit?
-
Hi So recently, I installed an RGB strip on my desk. I have it connected to 1 of the rgb headers on my motherboard. Looks dank AF (as the kids say) at night. However, just today, I noticed that whatever colour I set it to, the green light stays on. I can change the colour of the blue and red led's with the asrock rgb app but no matter what, the green led stays on. I have verified that it is not the controller becuase my motherboard has rgb lights under the chipset heatsink and they are working fine. If I unplug the green wire (I wired it up using a breadboard), it turns off. Is it a problem with the controller or the rgb strip?? Thanks in advance
