  1. I had purchased an Alienware x14 - R2 ( the 32 GB RAM 4060 version) from Dell in October 2023. I was delighted at first but quickly went down the rode of regret. In hindsight I should've taken Linus's feedback on Alienware more seriously, but the inner child in me caved. The fist unit I received had a CPU overheating defect. The CPU would shoot to 100c on boot with just a browser open and NO OTHER applications running. It would then quickly shut down in 10-15 mins to prevent an explosion I would assume as this thing was smoldering! I had the premium support plus team look at it and they quickly confirmed it was a thermal defect after a few checks. ( which I already showed them) I presume poor QA on the heat sink and the so called element 31 thermal paste. The replacement arrived in about 20 days, and this one was way worse.. The laptop had a battery wear level of 11% in 2 days with 18 cycles, 16 of which were already present at first boot. The strange part is, for some reason, windows would keep saying "fully smart charged" after the battery had charged to about 90% even though there is no documentation of smart charging even being present on an Alienware x14 - r2. This was confirmed on all forums I could find, and then, frighteningly, by premium dell tech support who were clueless when they saw this..They said they have no documentation of this model even using smart charging and they've never seen this before. Whats worse, the battery wear got 3-4% more after every charge cycle. I had tested 4 full cycles and by the end of the week, the battery had gone up to 21% wear rating! They confirmed a battery defect and proceeded to replace this a second time. By this time I had given up hope. My replacement unit arrived today, and lo and behold, the battery on stock again shows smart charging and a battery wear rating of 4%! After 3 hours of showing this to tech support and all the supervisors they could find - they are saying replacements are useless as there is a defect in this product line. This is the third laptop with an issue. No one gets unlucky these many times - or at least I hope not! They have confirmed although not willing to give me any written proof that this laptop has a production fault with bad hardware. They refuse to even refund me. I don't know the policy in the US, but here in India they seem to have a no fucks given attitude about refunds. They;re making me do hours of QA, to keep proving this to higher and higher up officials. Feels like my unpaid internship all over again. I'm hoping you can spread the word and do some testing on these yourself - run some battery reports and check the BIOS. There things are defective and they are using me to do the QA they should have done before selling these to the public. I'm pretty sure others are facing this without even knowing it as most consumers may not run such tests on their products. I'm also hoping to gain some knowledge on the off chance that me and the alienware tech support have missed something here. I was a huge fan of Alienware's design but now I feel kinda majorly let down . This machine costs a pretty penny here in India, almost twice as much as the US model with customs and import taxes. They have confirmed that the production is the same for all locations and there is no difference in the manufacturing process of these things. Please do these checking and let me know if you experience these issues.
  2. I am currently building my first pc for myself and after turning it on for the first time it had a usb discharge error and after that it just wouldnt boot and just turn off, went through tech support from them and they said it was defective. They also said it shouldnt have broken any other components. Im a little concerned for when my new motherboard is gonna arrive and if its going to even work. So im just wondering if i should actually be concerned about it.
  3. Hello friends, I've come to you because I'm in quite a pickle. It has been a while since I built my pc and while it was fine for most of the tasks I did, it did not met the requirement for one of the games I wants to play that is about to release. My original build is as follow: CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1800X 8-Core MB: Gigabyte X470 Aorus Ultra Gaming GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6GB RAM: 2x 8GB G.Skills Ripjaws 2133MHz PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 650 GT 650W 80+ Gold Storage: 1x250GB SSD with a bunch of 1T HDD. My new build is as follow: CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core MB: Same GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT RAM: Same PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower GF3 750W 80+ Gold Storage: Same My problem is that when I plug everything in my new PSU, the whole pc is unresponsive. I tried to connect everything beside the graphic cards in the old PSU and the pc seems to boot (I haven't tried to plug my display in my MB to see if I can access the OS yet). I think I isolated some hypothesis as to why my new PSU doesn't seem to work but I need your feedback on them. First, it could be that the graphic card needs to be powered from the 12-pin rail specifically and the powerdraw prevent the machine to boot (It's the first time i saw that on a PSU so that's why I think it that could be one off the reasons). Second, it could be that the PSU is defective out of the box and I just need a new one. Third, it could be a potential compatibility problem with my PCIe lanes as my motherboard is PCIe Gen 3 and my PSU is PCIe Gen 5. I hope I gave you enough details so that you can help me resolve this issue. If there is a way I can test the PSU to see if its working, let me now. I have access to multimeters and other stuff at my job and I now how to use them. Edit: I bought everything this weekend so I have the relevant garanties depending if I need to return stuff, and all parts were new.
  4. Recently my cpu died on me for no reason. I had put a ryzen 5 3600 into my pc along with new ram, and it worked for two days, before completely dying. I put my old r3 1300x back in the system and it works perfectly fine. I can get a refund from amazon, but I want to make sure that the same thing doesn't happen. No overclocks were done, and under loads temps never got above 78ish (kind of warm, I was using stock cooler). I was told by a friend that there is something about how when there is heat it can cause the motherboard to contract and flex and it can break a cpu. As far as I know, I did nothing wrong and the cpu was just not built fully correctly causing it to eventually die after two days. I also updated by bios to the latest one before putting the cpu in. I also initially replaced my power supply because I thought that was the issue, but I figure that if my old crappy psu shocked my cpu it would also kill the socket, so I don't believe that is what happened. Thanks for any help you can give. Mobo: Asus tuf b450-plus gaming Old cpu: r3 1300x New broken cpu: r5 3600 GPU: Powercolor red devil rx590 Old psu: Random rosewill 500w New psu: Corsair rm650x HDD: WD blue 2012 1tb Old ram: corsair vengeance 1x8 2400mhz new ram: g.skill ripjaws 2x8 3600mhz. (Anything marked with old has been replaced, except for the cpu which is currently in my pc because the new one is broken)
  5. Hi I got this defective GTX 950 lying around. Anyone know about this kind of error and if it's possible to fix?
  6. So after initially replacing this monitor a bunch of times after I bought it due to pixel defects, I finally got a good one. Now, a little over a year since I've had it, I'm running into an issue where the screen flashes/flickers at 144hz. I've done all types of troubleshooting: replacing displayport cables, rolling back drivers, turning off g-sync, nothing works. The only thing that fixes the issue is dropping the frame rate below 144hz but then I get blurry text. I didn't have to look far to find that this is a common issue with this model. I already contacted customer service explaining my situation and asking them to replace it with the refresh since I had given this model enough chances, to which they replied they don't do model exchanges. I'm sick of running into issues with this monitor; how can I get Asus to fix this without sending me another broken model? Here's a video I took of the problem, hopefully you can make it out: https://youtu.be/hIFzwuBNMMM Here's another guy with the same exact problem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Syow...el=LucasBurson He says in the comments that he had to keep RMA-ing before Asus sent him the newer model and he hasn't had any issues since. I just want to skip the bull**** and start with the solution that has the least likelihood of failure and one that'll waste less of my and Asus' time...
  7. As last time i got this monitor replaced for dead pixels. The one is defective to and has bad ghosting. Showing images of raw and some edits where the dead pixel is. RRRRR this is pissing me off I had to wait a 3 weeks for a new monitor just for another dead one. AOC G2460VQ6
  8. First of all thank you for using your valuable time to read this post. So i bought a new sff psu to pursue my dream of building my own mini itx system and its the silverstone st45sf 450W non modular PSU (not exactly the sf450 but i am pretty sure they are very similar if you dont need a modular psu) my setup is listed below; CPU: 6700k (game mode on the mobo on so it runs at 4.4 Ghz with reasonable temps.) MOBO: MSI Z170I Gaming AC RAM : 2x8 GB Corsair Vengeance 2400 MHz GPU : Evga Geforce 1060 SC (small one) Storage : 480GB Sandisk ultra 2 SSD and a 1TB Seagate barracuda 7200 Rpm HDD Cooler : Cooler Master Evo 212 i build the system like 2 days ago and just started playing some Rocket league today , 2 days ago it was on a motherboard box with the st45sf psu and i played almost everything .. made a stress test and all .. today my system is in a bitfenix prodigy (i will swap to node 202 in the near future) but even while playing rocker league which is not that damanding my pc just shuts itself down and turns back up for no reason.. (at random times..) sometimes it just takes a minute , sometimes after 2-3 hours.. so now im worried , i swapped the psu for an 8 year old 620W Cooler master ATX unit and i am doing aida64 + furmark at the same time while writing this post (its been 29 minutes so far but it will be stress tested at least 8 hours while i sleep) after i realized the random resets i tried to do the same with aida64 and furmark and psu started resetting in a matter of minutes (i tried it like 6-7 times and everytime this happened) So what do you guys think ? is the sff450 unit not enough ? or does it have some kind of defect ? i see people running 7700k s and 1070s with sf450 psu s so im leaning more towards the defect probability.. again thanks for reading this hidious post and your possible help !
  9. Hey guys, newcomer here. English is not my first language so please forgive any mistake i will make. I have been trying to fix an issue with my laptop that had been around for over a year. I invested alot of time trying to fix it, but in the end, i am clueless. So here i go: I got an Acer Predator Helios 300 15.6 inch. When i ordered it, i bough the option with a single NVMe ssd of 250gb, which had a spare slot for an additional 2.5 inch hard drive. So i purchased a Seagate 2tb HDD 5400 rpm along with the laptop and installed it myself using the provided caddy through the small plate under the laptop. The hard drive stopped working a few months later. I ordered another hard drive, a 1tb seagate 5400rpm, installed it and it worked for some limited time (i do not recall how long) then failed again. For both hard drives, the symptoms were: HDD disapearing from the "My PC" menu HDD disapearing from the Disk manager (diskmgmt.msc) HDD not appearing with various tools similar to Disk manager (Easus Parttion Manager) HDD not appearing in the BIOS info menu I tried many many times to unplug/replug the sata connector from the hdd, which lead to the hdd appearing again for various time lapse ranging from 2 minutes to 1 day. Thus, i though the sata cable might be defective. I contacted the Acer Tech Support, told them about the issue, they sent me a replacement sata cable. I opened the laptop and cleaned the connector on the motherboard using alchool and replaced the old sata cable with the new one. Closed everything up and reinstalled the HDD. Booted it up and now the harddrive worked for about a week, which had not happened ever beside when replacing hard drives months before. Then it disapeared again. Now i am at a loss, my remaining thoughs are: maybe it is an issue with the BIOS (unlikely but possible since the issues started at some point weeks after updating the BIOS) maybe the motherboard is defective (unlikely since everything is working right and i never saw a mobo this young not working) maybe both HDDs are defective, considering the laptop is moving around alot everyday since i use it both at home and at school and i might have been a little rough with it. Later today, i plan to test replacing the HDDs with a 2.5 inch sata SSD i have laying around to figure out if both hard drives are defective, but i tested them with a HDD enclosure and they both worked properly, so i don't know what to think about it. Does any of you have any ideas or suggestions? I take everything ? Thanks for your time! Bells
  10. Hello, I am looking into buying a used Samsung Ativ Book 9 from 2013 (i7 4500U). According to the seller the laptop shuts down when being moved. I am very inexperienced with these kinds of issues and was wondering if this is a common problem with laptops. My suspicion is that the battery connection of battery itsself is defective, is that a plausible suggestion? In case I'll buy it, my plan would be to take it apart, check all connectors and reapply thermal paste. In case anybody has experience with issues like this, I would really appreciate hearing about it!
  11. I recently bought an all AMD PC with an RX 590 a week ago and have had green lines and artifacts appear on my screen on day 4. Before then it worked fine and ran forza, apex etc on ultra and temps never went above 55C max By now anytime i try to load any game my screen goes black and the entire pc shuts down and restarts, is this a faulty or defective gpu or could this be another issue with a different component, ive tried everything including making sure wires are secure, the gpu is properly seated, all drivers and motherboard bios is updated, ive switched monitors used different hdmi cords to no avail. I want to be sure its the gpu before i replace it with a new RX. How can i be sure and is there anyway to fix this or is it too far gone? 12. Hello, I am writing on this account because I have no idea what my old one was, so new account. Old LTT fan. Anyway, I’m in college, it’s my first semester, I worked a long time to buy this laptop from Best Buy. I am also a Best Buy employee. I thought it was a great deal. Who would pay $2500 for the razer equivalent for the same hardware? a laptop that has good battery life and great specs? $2k seemed like a good price. Well, the first one had a defective keyboard, didn’t make it through a month before keys started to die. Second one, now. Didn’t even make it through the first semester, and it’s of course Christmas season so I won’t be able to get the Razer for probably a week. The fan for the CPU completely failed. It started making a lot of grinding noises against the housing of the fan. I’m going to try to get all my info off the laptop before wiping it and returning it again. Thank God I purchased the 3 year accidental and extended warranty. The main purpose of this post, is a warning. Do not, I REPEAT. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS LAPTOP, THE QUALITY OF THE RAZER IS SUPERIOR. Anyone have any clue why MSI just messed this one up so hard? Now I probably have to buy a chromebook to finish all my online courses, register for next semester, finish my final paper, basically do everything I need to do right now. And on top of all of that, shell out an additional 500 for the razer.
  13. Hi , i need help , i have a Asus tablet 2 in 1 (Model t100h) one day i was working on him , then close the pc , go home , open , and nothing only thing that he does is blinking white sometimes or blinking orange and white Please help me out , i have work stuff in there
  14. I bought a wraith prism RGB cooler off ebay back near the beginning of summer. I've recently noticed small drops of liquid on the inside edge of the shroud around the fan. Searched for others having this same issue, and saw that there are lots of other people who have had this same issue of fluid leaking out and pooling on the shroud and causing noise within the bearing. I really like the wraith prism, and I would like to just get it replaced, but I don't think that's going to happen because I bought it on ebay. I really love the way it looks and the effects that are possible with it, but if they all have this leaking issue then I don't know what to do. I would buy another cooler, but I have yet to find one that is as aesthetically appealing as the prism. On the off chance that I could get it replaced, where would I need to go to do so? and are there any other coolers that you think might satisfy my eye for aesthetics? Thanks
  15. Good evening Linus Tech Tippers. I have a story here, and perhaps I have missed something. Let me know what you think. For reference, here are the specs. Motherboard: ASRock X570 Aqua #915 CPU: Ryzen 3950X RAM: G.SKILL Trident Z Neo Model F4-3600C16D-32GTZNC GPU: PowerColor Liquid Devil Radeon RX 5700 XT NVMe Drive: SAMSUNG 970 EVO M.2 2280 250GB MZ-V7E250BW SSD's: TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB SSD 1TB (3 of them) PSU: Corsair CP-9020139-NA HX1000 So, here goes the story. This PC was my pride and joy, my AMD dream build, and my first complete hard tube loop with no soft tube cheats. I took the greatest effort to build this without screwing anything up. Used mod mad, always wore the wrist strap, took all the proper precautions, and for 1 week, it was a thing of beauty. Then, it started to give me "Video Scheduler" errors and BSODs. At first I thought this was another classic example of AMD drivers being bovine excrement. Then I thought it was the PCI riser cable. I ended up draining the loop, switching out riser cables, and testing. No dice, then I got a different 5700xt from a friend, no difference, then I got rid of the riser cable, and plugged a non liquid cooled 5700xt into the slot, and still no dice, constant BSODs. Finally, a post made me change the PCI x16 link state from Gen 4 to Gen 3. Still BSODs, another post said to try Gen 2. Then, at long last, on a @#$% x570 chipset, boasting PCI Gen 4, It worked. at Gen 2. No difference if it was plugged into the board directly or if on a riser cable. no Gen 3, No gen 4. Only Gen 1 and 2. So I put it all back together and wrote it off to the HORRIFIC ASRock Bios and hoped they would push a BIOS update to fix it soon. (they haven't made an update since 2019) Then about 4 months ago, it started to randomly loose all the settings in BIOS and would revert back to default, despite no input from me. Restarting and turning it off started to become a bit of an exercise in frustration, so i kept it running 24/7. Unfortunately, I did a restart recently due to a Micro$oft update, and it would not post. (and toi clarify, thinking the OS updater was a problem, i have done several reformat and re-installations) The motherboard would get hung up on 07, A6 or Ab and 67 and won't finish it's cycle and won't let me boot into Bios or the OS. sometimes it would keep going through a cycle of error codes, endlessly repeating until I would power it off. Sometimes It would not display any codes. A friend let me take apart his desktop for a day to troubleshoot. I have swapped out the CPU, PSU, Video card, RAM, NVMe drive and followed every conceivable troubleshooting guide. all of my parts work absolutely flawless on his, I even for the heck of it, hooked up 4 different PCI riser cables, strung together and I was still getting Gen 3 speeds on his motherboard with no issues. (He has an ASUS Crosshair VIII Hero x570. I have determined it must be the motherboard. My 1608 Canadian motherboard. The flagship top of the line ASRock X570 Aqua motherboard. At this moment, it's a paperweight. Newegg has a 30 day return policy. ASRock states the Warranty is between the distributor and itself, not me the end user consumer. I am rather disgusted at ASRock. It feels like, oh, you were one of those stupid suckers who actually bought one of these? HAHAHAHHAHAHAHHA, thanks for the money sucker. I found posts on Reddit from X570 Aqua owners who seem to have the same problems. I am certain the board is defective. Today, I actually manged to get it to boot for the first time in a week. I ended up using the USB Bios Flashback Button on the back with Bios 1.70. Oddly, i restarted it and it went back to the exact same problem, seems I need to re flash the bios every time. So for now, it is on and running. if it gets turned off, I am going to rip out the motherboard and buy an ASUS or Gigabyte board. I asked for ASROCK to RMA it, but I am not hopeful. What are your thoughts?
  16. So we had to replace my buddy's RX 580 as his screen kept going black for a solid second or 2 during gaming every so often, replacement worked thankfully. However now we have a bad card on our hands. We tried every hotfix in the book to get it working to. No we cant return it or anything sadly... and its not that old of a card. Any thoughts on what to do with said card to maybe squeeze some kinda value or something outa it?
  17. Working on a new build for a friend and we got Windows 10 fully installed and everything seemed fine....until the system crashed. The system will start up and run for up to 10ish minutes max (sometimes much shorter) and then abruptly crash. The system will remain in this weird powered on state with the fans on the GPU spinning at high seed but nothing showing on screen until we shut the power off. I removed XMP so it wasn't that, tried older set of drivers and that didn't fix the issue. Then we took out the GPU and put it into my personal system and got identical crashes. So clearly this is something GPU related. I don't believe it's an issue of not enough power as my personal system has plenty of headroom (and his should be fine too). Is this just a case of a card being DOA? Are there any final steps I can try before contacting the manufacturer/Amazon for a return/refund/replacement? 18. So today I ordered a Viewsonic XG2703-GS from Amazon.uk. I live in Greece. The total cost of the monitor, including shipping and currency conversion, was 700 Euros. 50 euros less from the cheapest greek shop. If the product comes in defective (dead/stuck pixels), which I'm sure it will, will Amazon.uk cover the return costs and the new monitor's shipping costs?
  19. Hello, fellow members of the linustechtips forums; I am having trouble getting the caps key on my Razer Blackwidow X Chroma to register properly. At times it works like a normal key, where I don't have to apply much force but for the majority of the time, I need to apply extensive force to even get it to register. I am afraid that this will eventually break my keyboard as a whole. My Blackwidow X Chroma is approximately 1 year and 6-7 months old. Possible causes might be because of ants, since I have seen a lot of them on my desk lately but the issue persisted before I found ants on my desk. I am also using custom white PBT blank keycaps for specific areas of the keyboard. What should I do to get this problem solved in the most efficient way? Thank you all in advance.
  20. Few days ago, i turn on my computer and it was not working and the mobo tells me that the cpu is not detected. So I remove the cpu and place it back again and it's working fine. Today, when i turn on my computer and play csgo, i notice the frame rate drop really bad around 40fps eventhough i have rx 570. So, I google some results on this and they say that csgo use more cpu than gpu, I also went to msi afterburner and record cpu usage while playing csgo, and the results are core1 using up to 100% and the rest of the core using up to 40%. Is there something wrong with my cpu? Spec: r5 1600 rx 570 8gb ram ddr4 2400 cx550 psu
  21. Ok to start off where the problems occurred it all happened after I upgraded my gtx 760 2GB to a gtx 1060 6GB. Specs: core i5 4570 (stock cooler) Lepa 500w PSU 24 pin 4pin 12v rail and 6+6+2 PCE Power connectors EVGA GTX 1060 6GB Superclocked MOBO: MSI H81M-E33 Graphics driver 372.90 Windows 8.1 The problem: Its not with every game so far, but 2 have been giving me issues. Doom by Bethesda & Chivarly MW. When I try and play these games my screen will go black and my monitor will eventually say no signal. During this my computer stays on. Sometimes the GPU fan will run at maximum and sometimes it won't. I tried CTL+ALT+Delete, ALT TAB and the screen will not change. The sound will play for a few seconds as well. The only way out of this is to press the power or reset button on my computer. After that the PC boots up(Slower than normal) but everything seems fine. This happens at random times. For chivalry I happened anywhere from the first 5 minutes of play to a couple hours, while doom took a few hours to have the same issue. What I tried and didn't work. Uninstalling and clean installing the graphics driver. Reseating the card in the Motherboard Trying a diffrent 6pin power connector. Running the fans at max to keep the Temps of the GPU down Changing settings in the nividia control panel to debug mode. Tried using a DVI, HDMI and display port and all still crashed. Notes: My GTX 760 took 170w and my new card only needs 120w, so I don't know if the PSU is the problem, the computer also stays on during the crash. It is factory overclocked but I tried running it in debug mode and I still got the same crash. I ran Furmark tests (1080p preset) and passed several times, MSI afterburner and CPU Z also show my temps never go above 80C for the GPU and 70 for the CPU. Please can anyone help me?
  22. Hello, I appear to have some ram that is dying. It is Corsair Vengeance LP 1600MHz CL9 DDR3. The ram has never been overclocked. Uppon cold boot i often get a message that some instruction referenced 0x00..020, which could not be read. Always that address; for almost a month now. And the error comes mostly from the Wacom driver but I remember also seeing it coming from other programs that load with Windows. I already let memtest run 4 full "laps", it couldn't find anything. Then I ran all the tests 50x on the first couple addresses (0x0..0 to 0x0..200). Nothing. It seems that as long as the ram is warm (physically), it works just fine. So, what would you do in my place now? RMA the first stick? It's not a huge deal but it is an annoyance and I fear it "spreading" to the rest of the stick (I know that that isn't how it works). Because it ran just fine for more than two years.
  23. Hello, I am in a bit of a pickle. I think my motherboard is defective, am I right? (I am no expert on this topic) Here's the problem: I've had my machine for about 4 years now without any upgrades, a friend built it for me. It worked fine until yesterday morning. It won't start up anymore. The little LED on the mainboard is lit when the PSU is plugged in and turned on. When i try to power on the machine the fans and fan-LEDs start spinning and light up for a split second before everything shuts off (for < .5 seconds) even the power-led on the mainboard goes off, but after about half a second it lights up again, indicating the existence of power. I've tried a different PSU, because that was my first impression that it was broken, but the problem remains. unfortunately i don't have any spare parts to check what's really broken, is it the mainboard? my stuff: Asus Sabertooth z77 Eva GeForce GTX 680 2GB Intel i7 3770K Corsair Vengeance LP 4x4GB BeQuiet BQT L8-cm-730 Thank you in advance for your help!
  24. A month ago, one of my Noctua 140mm radiator fans stopped spinning out of the blue. I tossed it, in my box of dead electronics and moved on, until I recently became irritated by the Corsair fans I've been using, prompting me to check up on the possibility of a replacement. I wasn't expecting this response. I contacted the company via email with a screenshot of my receipt from Amazon and 13 minutes later, they replied. I was so impressed. Good for you, Noctua. A $27 fan, replaced without question. 13 minute response and product shipped the next day. You couldn't ask for better service. Outstanding. I will, without a doubt remain a long time loyal customer. Posted this simply because I was impressed by how quickly they're handling this. If you're considering a company that backs its products up, consider Noctua.
  25. i have no idea what's wrong with my Asus, but it shuts off randomly. When it does this its like ripping out the battery of the computer meanwhile it's running.it does this once a week, and i'm really annoyed about it, since this is my work pc. i have lost some valuable work, so it's really important for me thats its not gonna happen again I have tried reinstalling Windows 10 and checked the battery with a multimeter and it should be all fine The CPU and GPU never reaches higher temps than 70C I have gotten a new charger with the same outputs i did a ram test with no errors it runs Furmark and Unigine: valley with no failures (other than the old GPU struggling to keep up) it has been cleaned for dust plenty of times with the right set of tools Help would me much appreciated SPECS: (running idle after a game) Operating System Windows 10 Home 64-bit CPU Intel Core i5 3427U @ 1.80GHz 53 °C Ivy Bridge 22nm Technology RAM 8,00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz (11-11-11-28) Motherboard ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC.
