Hello! i'm thinking of buying a new graphics card, i've been looking at some reviews and some specific models, i'm more inclined towards graphics cards with an amd chip. A brand that came up a lot in my research was xfx, I would like you to help me get to know this brand better, in terms of performance, reliability and aesthetics, what do you guys think of the brand's graphics and if you have had any experience with the brand, could you share your experiences? Thank you guys!

Hello Guys I turned off my pc and i saw that my gpu light is red. That ahould indicate a problem. But my pc is off. If i start my pc it boots normally and i can use my gpu normally. I thought its red because it doesnt get powered because the pc is off. Should i get worried? Is there a problem? I dont know where to start solve tbh. There isnt any qleds lighting on the motherboard.

Hi I’m not sure if anybody can help but I have a predator gaming laptop which has a black screen so I have been using hdmi into monitor for a while but decided to try some simple fixes. I saw a post saying to disable graphic in the control panel and now can’t see anything on monitor making the laptop useless so I was wondering if there is any way to re enable the graphics

SPECS: Ryzen 5 3600 Biostar b450mh Micro ATX v6.3 2 x 8 Gb 3200 Mhz CL16 Team Group 600W Gold Enermax RevolutionDUO (C tier PSU) HP S700 512GB SSD Seagate Barracuda 2 TB 7700 RPM Hey just like the title says I recently bought a new GPU rx 6600 8gb Vram GDDR6 Sapphire Model. I had a GT 1030 before, so It was my first time using an 8-pin power connector. I has a 6+2 pin that I plugged in. It was a prebuilt gaming pc before so I was looking around for the connector when I found that pin, I don’t know for sure if the connector is in the PSU. I did a couple tests without the cable, fans didn’t spin PC was on though. With the cable, the fans would spin but stop and just kept retrying to spin while the whole PC was on. It seems like either a PSU issue or the GPU was bad. I tried replugging the old GT 1030 to see if it would boot, now it would seem it doesn’t boot. I made sure I plugged in everything on the motherboard and back of the motherboard. I’m not sure what happened but after plugging the rx 6600 for the first time, now I get no display with either GPU. Oh yeah I forgot to mention before plugging in the rx 6600. I used a program called DDU, I made sure not to uninstall any AMD folders and checked the box for windows not to install a new graphics. I might just try leaving the RX 6600 running for a while to see if raising the Temp will boot it up. Here’s a picture of the 6+2 Pin, I tried both plugs no boot. I know my case is dusty, and an currently cleaning it out to see if that helps the GPU boot. EDIT: Going to remove CMOS battery for 5min, and try to see if that fixes.

i have this problem in my pc where the screen kind of flickers, but sometimes it covers half the screen, and sometimes the entire screen. here's a video if it was hard to understand (sorry english is not my first language) Specs: Ryzen 3 3100 MSI A320M-a Pro Max Corsair CX650 AsRock Challenger RX5500 XT 2x8Gb RAM HyperX 3200mhz. and a really old Bangho monitor, i think the native resolution is 1024x768 but im not sure, i use it in 1920x1080 because it looks terrible in 1024x768 (recommended) it is 60hz, and it only has a VGA connector, (i use a VGA to HDMI adapter) as i said, its really old (maybe 10 years) and it has been fixed before (it stopped working once like 4 years ago) The problem is the flickering black screen, the light is caused by the camera (sorry for the quality) WhatsApp Video 2022-04-03 at 7.53.13 PM.mp4

Hey, I need help with picking new GPU. I currently use radeon r9 280x and this gpu is basically the last component I need to upgrade. I live in EU and it's even worse here when it comes to pricing. I could buy rx 6500xt for roughly 340€ ( 385$ ) because it's currently the cheapest decent graphic card on the market in my country, or should I spent more for potentially mediocre performance boost? Cheapest 1660 which should be equal or maybe slightly better than 6500xt goes for 500€ ( 567$ ) / Cheapest 1660 super goes for 605€ ( 686$ ) / Cheapest 3060 is 867€ ( 983$ ) My goal is to play new games at least on medium with 60+ fps, my current gpu struggles with 45 on low and yes I do have B550 plus that supports Pcie gen 4.

I have a Lenovo Idea pad 330 laptop with specs as follows: processor: intel I3 8th gen graphics: Integrated UHD 620 ram: 8gb both slots used storage : 1TB HDD (planning for SSD as primary and hdd will replace the dvd slot) I wish to upgrade the graphics card to 750 ti (at least its better than having none) i am kinda inexperienced with gpu riser adapter cards. Will this do the job :(cheap 1000 Rs card) https://www.amazon.in/dp/B09HTQHLS4/ref=sspa_dk_hqp_detail_aax_0?psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUExTFM3MExSRlo2TEsxJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwMDg3NTU5V05YMUlEVUdEUzBXJmVuY3J5cHRlZEFkSWQ9QTAwMjg5NTRXVFlYRDJRQlE5NDEmd2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9ocXBfc2hhcmVkJmFjdGlvbj1jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ== Or I have to buy the one shown in every YouTube video so far : Independent Video Card Graphics Dock (costs 5000 Rs) https://www.amazon.in/Festnight-External-Independent-Graphics-Version/dp/B07QBLD5BR/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=Independent%2BVideo%2BCard%2BGraphics%2BDock&qid=1638435221&s=electronics&sr=1-1&th=1 Major Question is will EGPU be better than giving up on expectations from this laptop i own and wait for some pc build or new laptop. also how much of a boost i should expect coz i can turn on some games like valorant and play practice area keeping everything lowest and reducing resolution to 800x... Will i be able to enter match making and play online with 60 Fps if i do all this struggle of getting GPU.

I know it's usually the other way around, but it seems that some games (e.g. csgo) will not run integrated graphics unless I disable the dedicated GPU. I have a Lenovo Ideapad Gaming w/ a 4600h and a GTX1650 and would like to run lighter games on the iGPU but despite setting up both Nvidia Control panel and Windows Graphics settings, I cannot get some titles to do it unless I didable the 1650 from device manager (im which case csgo runs at 100+ fps, so the igpu isn't faulty). Any idea how to fix this?

hey I was playing a game when the black screen crash happened and I did restart my pc ( This didn't happen before for 2 months and before that it was about like per 10 12 hours usage once) here is the log of when crash happened https://ufile.io/20essvq9 when I log in . my memory and clock was stuck at low very low as you can see in log . I did mess around with drivers installing and reinstalling again and again ( one time I had it before and it got fixed using this method without any problem ) as you can see in the next log https://ufile.io/9z5o5lh1 and now things are little complicated since I somehow fixed it so it won't stuck at low clock all the time now but it drops like this log https://ufile.io/serdda7j I feel like when is like around 1936 clock my screen is some how a bit lagging and a 10 fps drop maybe my spec : cpu : intel core i7 7700k ------ ram: gskill tridntz 3200 2x8gb (F4-3200C16D-16GTZB) ---- motherboard: strix z270f gaming ----graphic: zotac 1080ti amp editon --power: antec HCG 750M--- cpu liquid cooler : cooler master masterliquid 240 lite ----- hdd: WD Blue 1 TB -- - ssd : 970 evo plus m2 Things that I did to solve my problem : 1 -reinstalling the driver using ddu 2- try the old driver 3- set power to max in windows and nvidia control panel 4- using msi after burner to limit the clock but somehow it manage to go 1900 again

Recently I clean my pc like I usually do every 3 month, then I found this mess on my graphic card. So I pull out the graphic card to take a closer look and It's nasty, I dont know what that is. But the graphic card is working fine no problem at all, no artifacting, no thermal issue, or other stuff like that. So does anyone know what is this? I dont know what to do with it, I tried to clean it using isoplopyl alcohol but it doesn't come off. 1. What that is and what the cause 2. Is it harmful 3. What should I do with it GPU : Asrock Phantom Gaming RX570 thank you

I just turned on my PC like normally I do everyday, but when I'm dragging the window I saw something unusual. There is a white shadow behind everything, if i move something it will create a white shadow behind it. That shadow is very annoyed me when im playing games. I don't really know what the cause of this problem, so I reinstall the GPU driver and reset the monitor settings, but it doesn't fix it. Please check the video down below. I'm afraid that is an artifact so I need to replace GPU, I never saw somenthing like this before. GPU : Asrock Phantom Gaming X570 Monitor : Samsung LS24R350 1. Why that happens / what the cause? 2. What is that shadow thing called? 3. How do I fix it?

Hello, so I just recently build my first PC. Before I had an old laptop connected to monitor via vga (monitor) to hdmi adapter (laptop and the adapter is an active one). Everything worked just fine but now that i have new PC (b450m steel legend, R3 3100, 5500XT) my monitor doesnt output anything. When I plug my monitor with the same adapter to the PC (it is plugged to the graphics card and not the motherboard) my graphics fans ramp up to the max and nothing happens. If i connect my PC with just the HDMI cable to the TV it works as it should. So I connected it to the TV updated all the drivers but when I plug it to the VGA monitor again it doesn’t work. Its weird because graphics fans should not spin unless graphics is under heavy load. I would be glad if somebody could help me with this. Kind regards. Nik
