    Have a gander at Zotac mini pc's, should work just fine for that and within budget, Or even low end intel NUC's

    Honestly the 4770 ain't bad so you will survive on the cpu / mobo / ram until we see how Zen / intel response is. With your GPU upgrade it should make it very decent.

    You can drop to 16gb kit of ddr4, or even 8gb kit, 32gb for gaming is very much overkill.

    Depends entirely on model, most of them are built by superflower which is on par with seasonic in terms of quality.

    Well, the gemini or whatever it will be called will be interesting to see, then again multi GPU cards have a hell to get some games to work

    Really liking the 390/390x, seem to be preforming pretty good overall. neat little review as well.

    Might be PSU related as i cannot remember what the 660 recommended PSU was, that along with the powerdraw from the CPU might be a bit much for a 550w, just a guess.

    Asrock definitely, i really liked my Extreme 4 i had with my 3770k, also intel boards are pretty damn bad.

    It should run it but you might have to scale down graphics settings.

    Even a 500 series low end GTX card would beat the 740.

    What is your current build looking like ?, if you are using a site to build / order your rig it would be easy to see what it comes down to without graphics card. I.E how much are you spending currently without the graphics card.
