Going off of the conversion rate that you gave in your post, I think you meant to say that your budget is $1100. I have no clue how the GPU market is in India right now, but if it is anything like the American market, I would avoid building a new system at the moment. If you have to build a new system, GPUs with 4GB of VRAM would be ideal, as they are not as inflated as other cards.

I think you're missing a fan on the 360mm AIO, but other than that, the build looks fine. Also how did you get the 9990XE? Those things are beasts, but iirc Intel only sold them to System Integrators.

That card is new enough where it should have a warranty. Have you tried RMA'ing the card?

$2000 will buy you one ETH today. It will take approximately ~ 7 months to mine one ether at the current difficulty, which will only keep going up. Personally, I would just buy the coins.

Even if the price of Ethereum keeps going up, I think that the miners getting into the game now have a steep hill to climb, as returns will eventually slow down as the difficulty continues to rise. So no, a $2000 3080 will most likely not ROI.

How much do one of these things cost in the UK? I've always been surprised at the cost of cars in the UK, they seem pretty cheap. Also, I LOVE the color of the leather in that car, and it seems to be in really great condition too.
