All batteries degrade with time and use, it's a normal and natural process. Only way to fix this is to replace the batter or the phone itself

I just checked my account on there, I'm registered as a consumer and I do have the VAT-ID field in my account options/info

Entering your "private"/consumer VAT-ID still won't be enough? They didn't mention that in their email

there are a couple of signs you must interact- one of which in in the water below you. Did you do that one yet? Also, check a walk-through video to make sure you're not missing something.

dont know the model names from the top of the name, I just know that the lower end ones use a stock pcb with a custom cooler so probably the next series from there. But also google it for every series, you can get info on the pcb quite easily
-
EVGA since they have the best warranty
-
and if you're buying the top-of-the-line GTX card then why not get a card meant for overclocking and watercooling? as I said previously, I think that there's just lost potential in buying a FE and then watercooling it
-
if you want to warranty cover watercooling and ocing I think evga is your best pick yea it is "enough" but watercooling is viable when you're on the top, it doesn't make sense spending a couple hundread $ for watercooling your gpu when you could get much higher clocks and stability with a card with a custom pcb for about 50$ more. Put it on water and it will run much faster. With a FE theres just lost potential not really, they have better pcbs for one=making them better for ocing
-
what ^ said also, if you plan on watercooling it, you should get something with a custom pcb as you can reach higher clocks with those

? for the most daily example: in PS you have a compression slider for png formats, and png is a lossless format you could apply just a moderate ammount of compression
-
why cant we just use png as the standard format?
-
If you will use it for the same game then yea, you don't have to do any programming yourself as far as I know. As for starting it, I dont know sadly

First step to do is to google "machine learning" - the neural network is an algorithm/method type from machine learning. Then try reading some books about it, watch videos/tutorials etc. Also, you can't just download a neural network, each network was created specifically for a task, you cant use one for every project you want. Of course, if you want to use the same approach as the guy in the vid, on the same game then you can use his network. Otherwise, you must create your own one, or at least find a template one and then modify it for your needs.
