  1. I do hope it happens,i will build my pc after the 3rd of january after CES maybe we also get some drop in price after nvidia announces super series.
  2. I play mostly Apex Legends and games like Farthest frontier,Manor Lords(april 2024),Sons of the Forest,RDR2 but will pick up other games now since steam sale is on like Horizon Dawn and similar stuff. At least high graphics would be nice so i can enjoy aestetics.Of course turning down some settings that eat fps and vram but dont contribute to graphics can be shut down. But all in all singleplayer games are ok at 50+ fps.Games like Apex or The Finals where constant high fps is important those are different.I have laptop atm with rtx 3060 6 gb,and many newer games are problem at high settings at 1080p.
  3. Thats what i was thinking aswell but wasn't sure is it worth the extra 250 euros for that GPU
  4. I am going to build my first PC in a week or two but i am stuck on this choice. Should i go with 1. Ryzen 7600 with 7900XTX =1200 EURO or with 2. 7800x3D with 7800XT = 950 EURO I will be playing at 1440p 180Hz locked due to the monitor, games like Apex legends,RDR2 and other single player games. No raytracing needed or anything like that, just high/ultra settings Now i won't be upgrading my PC for at least 4 years, and i would like to maintain at least 60fps in 1440p in AAA games but if it comes that i need upgrade, its easier to upgrade the cpu since its cheaper then buy a new gpu which are usually double the price. Now what do you guys think is it worth it to go with option 1 or stick with option 2.
  5. Jesus i didn't even know i can build something for this money. All this time i was looking and i though i basically need something in the range of AMD Ryzen 7600,with DDR5 at least to make the PC building worth it. Thank you for this i will for sure look into it more
  6. Looking to upgrade from my gaming laptop Lenovo legion 5 and found this one. CPU:Intel i7 11700F RAM: 16GB DDR4 3200MHz GPU:RTX 3080 10GB MOBO:MSI h510m-a pro PSU:Corsair RMx 750W SSD:Samsung 980 Basic SSD 1 TB Case:Corsair Carbide 175R Price is 1100 Euro brand new,but not sure is the DDR4 platform worth it. This PC would be used for 1440p gaming, mostly Apex Legends, and games like Manor Lords and other city builder games. Sadly anything with DDR5 and 4xxx series is much more expensive
  7. I mean depending where you are, look at Wooting 60HE,it has better latency and better analog switches then those two.
  8. 150$ is a steal.I would switch if i were you
  9. Check out Lenovo Legion 5,i have one and its great.Great cooling, even on big triple A games on max settings i get 70+fps,and i payed it 1050 euros in Austria. I played couple of games in Valorant and as i remember i got over 200 fps with it on max settings. One tip,if you find models of a laptop with 8GB of RAM,or Just 500gb SSD,don't hesitate if every other component is good since you can upgrade your RAM or storage to a much faster ones cheaper then what you get from manufacturer, you just need to check for enough slots.
  10. Anyone here into cycling that uses a computer with it? If so any recommendations? i saw there are expensive about 200 euro models but i dont know are they worth it compared to cheaper models. Main stuff thast i need displayed, distance, speed,HR,and cadence rest is not needed. Sadly i dont want to use my phone as computer-
  11. Logitech G703 Lightspeed, bought it for 50euros on sale and its my first wireless mouse. Having it for a year now,i am yet to come across any kind of issue with it. Battery is really good,i haven't experienced any kind of lag, ergonomics are pretty good for me with i would say pretty big hand. I personally dont have any clue between weight differences since i am not a pro gamer, but i can only recommend this mouse.
  12. Just because its coming out, doesnt mean you will be able to get it now upon release. People still buy new stuff to sell it for higher price, and depending on what you are gaming this could be enough for you. As someone pointed in other comments,if you can wait for at least 3 months, you could wait,if not buy this gen.
  13. That actually great idea i never thought of that.I will probably buy something like that until i save more money and test more chairs so i can buy something better. Tnx
  14. I looked on amazon and there is no EVO chair only different models https://www.amazon.de/stores/noblechairs/page/B125FA1C-7BC9-47EC-9284-2BCDC8F77489?ref_=ast_bln which one is more like yours that you have?
  15. Looks arent important to me,comfort and ergonomic are only thing that matters.Il go to electronic shop on sunday and try couple of ''gaming'' they have there. Logitech only one i see makes 1 chair with hermann miller and its 1.5k so thats 5x my budget.Secret Labs evo 2022 is really interesting to me but 500 on a chair is a bit to much for my pocket. I usually rest half of my arms on the table and i removed arm rest from this chair(they were awfull) so arm rest's arent that important except that there isnt some bad material that would make my arm sweat due to it. I usually sit straight with chair locked only when i watch videos i unlock the chair on lean a bit. Its hard to try things here where i am,cause there isnt that much choice in 80km /50 mile radius. And the office supply shop that specialise in this kind of stuff have overpriced stuff,i tryed couple of 300-400 range mesh chairs and comfort was almost same as this one from ikea that i payed 60 euros. I use this PC for gaming and browsing, and thats about all together 3-6 hours a week,so its kinda hard to find a reason to throw 1k on a chair,if i did something for a work on this PC then yea i would go up to 2k for a chair. So far i saw HP omen citadel,350 euros,1.3k reviews on Amazon and lots of people say its really good and comfy,i am going saturday to shop to try it.
  16. I am cheap bastard and not audiophile, but try some speakers if you can, cause honestly i use Headset for gaming and just bought Logitech Z333 for videos and music and i think they sound great. Some of my friends bought 500+ euros speakers and they personally said they dont hear THAT much difference between 100euros speakers from theirs expensive one. Thats just some advice for money saving since its really easy to get carried away overspending for something. Not trying insulting anyone who spends big bucks on speaker btw.
  17. tnx i tried similiar in person, they look almost indetical but the one i tried was 150 euro and it wasnt bad.Sadly not many office or in general shop that sell different chair. Most of furniture store have the same stuff and pretty expensive and 2 shop that sells office stuff are way overpriced like terrible prices
  18. What is use for this speakers? Is it only mutlimedia stuff or are doing something with music?
  19. Looking for a chair to use with my PC,at the moment using some cheap Ikea one that i payed 60 euros.(if you want to recommend Ikea Markus i already tryed it and its bad). Anyway i am 210lbs / 95Kg, 6ft / 183cm tall and looking for something with soft comfortable. There are bunch of chair's from gaming ones to office ones, and prices from 80e to 2k euros. I am not looking to give 1k for a chair no matter how good it is,my realistic budget is about 200-300 euros. I am located in Europe,Austria
  20. Anyone bought any kind of laptop stand for Laptop Legion 5? I mean typical stand without coolers, but i have trouble finding something with big enough holes cutted to allow for proper airfflow
  21. Nvidia recommends 550w PSU do go with rtx 3050. Does he needs 4.5 TB of storage? If he doesnt need that much, then rather take that money and buy smaller SSD,cause he will see much bigger increase in game perfomance. I dont know from which country you are,but i guess Europe considering price is in euros. Look at AOC gaming monitors they are a bit cheaper and really good. I have AOC 24'' IPS 144hz 1080 and i am satisfied and i payed 170 euros i think. I own Razer Kraken and honestly Hyperx cloud were much better quality and sound wise but are about 5-10 euros more expensive. That keyboard is not even mechanical and it costs 84 euros which is to much. Let your brother try keyswitches in some shop,so he can see difference between red, blue, green, brown(those are basics there are different ones aswell). You can look on amazon for some non famous brands like Reddragon, and some others they would do just find and are like 40-60 euros.(you can always return it if he doesnt like it.) Change to motherboard to some better b450 one. If you dont have the money atm for everything you can always add parts later like that HDD,use that 500g m.2 for a start and invest that money from HDDS to a better PSU and MOBO.And later add more storage.
  22. Cause they can earn money on selling their own RAM. Many people will buy their pc/laptop with minimum amount of ram,and just buy and upgrade it themself cause its much cheaper like 100euro you can buy 32gb and upgrade yourself versus paying them 250 euro to ship with 32gb and question is will the ram itself be faster kind or slow 2400mhz shit(P.S i wrote the prices out of my head didnt check exact pricing but you get the point).
  23. When i was a kid and got my first pc this was in time where 4gb ddr2 was standards in pc's.I was often cleaning it and removing the fan and blowing it with air.But in those 3 years i never repasted it,and have used it without thermal paste
  24. You are growing up,and after long time its normal to not enjoy things you do for a long time. Most of people enjoy gaming because of friends, like me for instance,i cant play Warzone solo or Fornite. But when you have a full squad of friends and you are goofing around and talking then i can play it for hours. Single player games are amazing, lot of them have a good story and its just relaxing to play at your own pace, save when you want,or just press pause and go do what ever you need to do,without disturbing your progress. You just need to look for something else or take a bullet and try new genre, not always play the same theme like you always do. I was always war games/fps and mmorpg type of player and i just tryed RDR2 cause it was on sale and it is the best game i ever played in my life, and its completly different then anything i was playing before that. And most importantly you dont need to game, its alright if you dont feel it anymore, just find a new hobby or atleast try it and thats it.Thats life
