On a more serious note, Digital Foundry's video of the 3080 also covered non-DXR performance in a couple of titles. The improvement over a 2080 was not "8%".

You aren't really going to get a huge amount of bass for 175 USD, or with any small-ish speaker. However you can get full bass with good vocals. Just not a tonne of clean, distortion free bass.
I would highly recommend the PreSonus E4.5. It's an extra 25 USD, but they have a better frequency response than the model below them, due to their larger woofer.
They also have basic EQ so you can increase/decrease the treble and bass to your liking. They also have unbalanced inputs, so you can run them off your motherboard easily.
Just don't expect them to fill a huge room. 100dB is still plenty for desk use though.

I second the Mackie's. There are other sets of monitors out there as well in your price range. Edifier, Presonus, etc.
