i am unable to find any pc for that around that budget but i recommend looking on something like ebay or your local market. make sure you find one with at least specs like these if you wanna play flight sim 2020

I'm not sure what to do but maybe reset your router and it that doesn't work try contacting your network provider 

My laptop can't even run old games at 30fps so be happy you got that game working at 50fps lol
