Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU     E7400  @ 2.80GHz cpu

gigabyte G41M-E2SL

3gb of ram at 800 and 667 mega hertz

Maxtor 6V160E0 ATA Device

TSSTcorp CDDVDW SH-S202J ATA Device
ELBY CLONEDRIVE SCSI CdRom Device
a case

and a samsung s19D300

and a non mechanical keyboard and mouse

oh and a floppy disk drive

with that budget you wont be able to go very far for those things you wanna run.

 

id suggest finding a gaming pc on ebay or local market

The best PC you could get for that budget would be comparable to your current PC's performance.

I suggest saving up more money, especially since currently CPU and GPU prices are very high.

cant i just get smthing like a ryzen 3/ intel i3 a mobo powersupply and ram for aroun that price i could push it to 60-70k LKR

Yes, but again, I don't recommend this - save up for a $750-1000 USD budget or 150,000 to 200,000 LKR, as performance won't be great since you'll be using an iGPU

you might be able to get something like that off ebay or local market

 

youd also want something with around 8gb ram and at least 2gb gpu for cs go and video editing

I'm looking at your profile, and you have a laptop with an 8250U?
That's miles ahead of your Core 2 Duo. Use that while you save up for a better desktop PC.

i can use that but i get as low as 13 fps on csgo for some reason

i do have a driver but i have some old updates pending there is a firmware update from 2018 and some other driver updates dont know weather to update them

is there another reason as to why i get low fps and when i am playing minecraft i get temps in the high 80's celcius
