The 2 front fans did not work for me as well so I googled it.
I did not think much past that since it worked.

The H500M has the front fan header connected to the RGB controler. Unplug it and plug it into a motherboard fan header.

Don't think a keyboard will make you better at games because it won't. Of the 4 you've listed I'd buy the Ducky, very reputable with good build quality for the price. I'd also consider an Anne Pro. Similar quality at a cheaper price with better switches.

no reviews, no nothing, i doubt anyone that knows anything about mice will sell this thing for that cheap especially brand new.

Idk then. IMO it's still worth a shot. If you like it, you save a decent amount of money, if you don't, you could probably resell it for $20-30 and get back some of your money.

I mean, it's up to you really, I just think that spending like $200 on a UL2 when you can get something this similar for <$50 is not worth it at all. Especially if you are not 100% positively sure that you like the shape and size.

where can you buy an ultralight 2 with a reasonable price?
its always best to try them out if you can, but if you couldn't then the XM1 is a reasonable choice and should fit you.
you can also opt for the model o- if you want something lighter

Wraith stealth (or all of the Wraith series for AM4) only have room for one fan. They arent tower coolers that you can add a fan to.
