ive done helpdesk support for several different companies(and its my current occupation), ticketing and escalation process has been different for every single one. its different depending on company policy, and ticketing software that you're using. the important thing is a detailed description of the issue, and the steps you have taken to attempt to resolve the issue and listing any documentation you followed for those steps.

They would lose so much money. not including the PR nightmare that it would be, even channels that dont rake in views, still have the potential to bring people to the platform. shit, channels that have videos with 0 views is still good, because it increases the number of "creators" on the platform, which looks great for advertising. This new policy change will be used to as enforcement to remove channels that dont deserve a platform to begin with(think elsa-gate kinda shit)

i use my google home to play music occasionally and to tell me the weather and traffic before i leave for work. and to annoy my wife "hey google, tell me a bedtime story" i honestly dont think i would ever actually purchase one, but mine was free with a spotify family promotion, which im paying for anyways

could also be ping related. (assuming he doesnt really understand input latency vs frame drop vs lag) network possibly isnt stable enough to handle the required upload speed of streaming, while also trying to handle the download speed of playing the game? do you see an increase in ping when you stream?

youtube needs to give creators more control over their stream if they are going to be taken serious as a streaming platform.

im super excited. it looks like they are going back to the dark and gritty feel of Diablo 2, and the skill system for Diablo 2. with the updated graphics and gameplay that is in Diablo 3. and the PvP features that were promised in Diablo 3. This is going to be what Diablo 3 SHOULD have been and it looks fantastic. and before people ask, no, the events in hong kong are not affecting my purchasing decisions. while i think what they did sucks, i understand it. and individuals choosing not to purchase stuff will have little effect on their decisions for stuff like this going forward. its their advertisers that need to start pulling away. dont just choose not to play a good game, go pressure their advertisers to drop them. that is how you make actual change that has a real affect on them.

as a hydrogen user, im not surprised. just disappointed. I knew the hydrogen 2 was a pipe dream that was never going to happen, but they were talking about actually providing updates, and getting android pi to work. I guess this isnt happening, which sucks. the phone got so much bad press(a lot of it well deserved), but i would never say its a "bad" phone. the biggest complaint was that it had non-flagship specs sold at a flagship price, due to a feature that when used right, actually looks really good. was it worth $1300, no. is it worth half that price now that they are discounting it, absolutely.

amazon doesnt do any of that. amd would have to. i believe the motherboard box should tell you which bios version it shipped with though

ive recently stopped watching as well. i dont mind the clickbait titles, and thumbnails. never looked at them anyways. the script writing is where i think the issue is. its no longer factual information with jokes thrown in to make it not dry and boring. its jokes with a few facts that i could get off the spec sheet.

i definitely agree with both Guild Wars 2 and Old School Runescape. i just got back into gw2 myself and there are still tons of people playing, and so much to do, and even a new living world season going on. (also the Halloween event is starting). It an amazing community too, everybody is willing to help out and answer questions. need help with a boss or event? post it in map chat and half the people in the zone will rush to help, its actually pretty insane.
