To be fucking honest, connector itself is not that hard to replace. Issue is they just didnt want to repair it.
  2. I have a clone/variant of that same keyboard. Its great for how little it costs. 100% better than membrane.

This is why USB-C is awful as a charging port and a barrel jack should also be provided

USB-C like any other can be made easily replaceable... they just don't want to.

  5. Better than nothing. It’s kind of good for business standpoint as well, as far as the experience I have with its dependable and enforceable through intune quite easily. I got it completely removed on my desktop pc because it’s pretty much only used for playing games and nothing else.
  6. Are you certain your issue is related to the ssd? There are lots of things in that system that are suspect.
  7. Nope. OP try clearing your CMOS then setting everything manually. Some board bioses are buggy.
  8. Why are you using a driver that will turn 6 years old in few days? I never had WMI crash on me due to overclocking, you most likely got something else going on.
  9. Good day sir! I was wondering if there will be a 2023 version of this.

I expect so, but no promises (and especially no promises when it might come out)

Excellent, can't wait to receive the "Worst forum member" award for 2023!

  10. I have been lusting over this for a while now. Finally pulled the trigger. Notice the price of the unit vs how much I paid for it. Free shipping though.

  11. FTFY, joke aside that is a great way to pick up insanely useful atleast two hobbies. I would 1000% recommend it. Devices such as laptops are not designed to be constantly taken apart. Plastics also tend to get brittle over time, especially ABS (which is notorious because cars in high temperature and in under intense sun, ABS is known get brittle and crack). Dont fix if it isnt broken is my motto when it comes to laptops.
  12. I believe that board does support UEFI boot. OP is probably running their system and their OS in legacy compatible mode.

As it stands it is a complete cartridge currently read to be shot. Link you shared seems to answer my question as well. I will just ask them to pop the projectile out of the cartridge when packing just in case. Thanks!
  14. Does anyone know if TSA allows disarmed 50BMG bullet on plane? A friend of mine is coming from Texas and I really want a 50BMG bullet lol.

If the projectile is attached & the powder has been drilled out, it is considered a replica and not allowed in carry-on.

  15. Are you sure its coming from your GPU? because out of all my graphics cards, my 1660S is the only card that doesnt whine. I am not saying every card is the same but this is a relatively low power card, it shouldnt scream like a banshee. As far hot glue goes, please dont. You will just cause more and more problems especially since you will be covering components with hot glue and reduce their cooling.

Enjoy hating life trying to apply that lol. Thank fuck this shit supposed to last.
  17. If you close it or uninstall it, your VF tables wont be applied.
  18. I got a hoodie during sale, price on the sticker included regular price + shipping. That resulted in paying more on taxes at the post office than what I paid for at the lttstore. I knew I was going to get bent over but getting taxed for an amount I didnt pay was extremely ridiculous.
  19. Are you really? KeepassXC and keepass work locally. They dont store anything on the cloud.
  20. Personally speaking, I use static DHCP for my infrastructure. Once a new device joins, its automatically assigned an IP which it will use from now on. Having to change IP configuration per device basis is a massive pain the butt when I got 14 VMs and as many other devices.
  21. If you shoot your youtube videos in less than 30fps, fuck you.

  22. I would like to inform you that you can 3d print anything.
  23. Get two ethernet cables and connect two devices. Manually configure TCPIP on both PC to be on same subnet. Done.
