This may be a dumb question, but were those games always not showing up for you? Because I doubt you bought over 500 games and never noticed that they didn't show up in your library. Do they show up in your home screen if you insert a shelf and select "All"? 
 

 
Also, to get back to that idea that these games probably didn't always go missing, what has changed since they did. Did you mess around with any of the settings? If so, uninstall Steam, reinstall and check if that changes anything. Don't worry about your game files, if you add your current game folder back into Steam, it should automatically detect the games as installed.

Okay thank you, we're updating her BIOS now to F16e, let's hope it fixes the issues.

Now either using equalizer APO or whatever included EQ Razer has, try equalizing the levels by adjusting up or down Db according to that graph and where your adjustment points are, you're essentially trying to flatten that curve. Now that will do a great job out of the box, but fine tuning can be done by ear to improve further, as there are manufacturing variances between sets.

You don't, unless you have some incredibly confidential stuff you're uploading, watch questionable content or do something that you want to hide from your ISP. If you're just going to be watching videos, playing Minecraft and shitposting on Reddit, you're likely fine.

If you want to hide something from your ISP, or bypass bans on servers/forums/etc. (which it's what it's used for by a lot of people), a VPN is the way to go.
Most people buy it because they're either paranoid, have confidential stuff, watch questionable content or want to get around bans (both country/ISP bans, or "i got banned from my discord server for posting 700 NSFW images").

I don't think you can. The uploaded versions will be edited I believe. However being the internet I'm sure someone saved the live feed somewhere.
