  1. It would be a definite challenge, like LTT working on their custom blocks for the Network Switch video, and the Red Camera. You're not going to find a commercial block like @limegorillasaid, and you're going to have to go to AliExpress and find one. It would be a cool project though.
  2. I think 200mhz is pretty safe, if you pushed it too far it would become unstable and most likely blue screen your PC. Just make sure to not try and fry your card. Temps can get crazy on Air Cooled overclocked cards.
  3. They're the same, Founders Edition and Reference are interchangeable, just that Founders Edition in the 10 series is a blower style, in the 20 series it's a 2 fan design. I would just do the things that other people suggested, and don't push it too hard.
  4. The world of graphics is quickly shifting, Intel is going to be a challenger to the long time giants of Nvidia and AMD. I still stand with Nvidia though.
  5. I think the reason CoolerMaster uses different switches for different buttons is to prevent accidental misclicks, because of the almost 200 difference in actuation force.
  6. My personal favorite is the Meshify C Mini by Fractal, mesh front, and dust filters.
  7. The biggest thing I see wrong here is that once Intel decided to pour money and R&D time into this, phones will still be evolving to get faster, Snapdragon is already developing new chips to easily outperform these items of tech. Intel has probably missed the ball on this like GoodBytes said if they dropped this in the 2000's, it would be a much easier thing to do. It does sound like a cool idea, just imagine having a card roughly the size of a credit card and it had some onboard storage and you just plug it into different systems throughout the day, loading all of your preferred hotkeys and binds and your programs.
  8. Buy a new pair of headphones. Corsair VOIDs have served me very well just for the headset portion, just stick a sock over the blue snowball as a makeshift pop filter, or close some doors, etc.
  9. linux has been a different beast for me, I tried it on a random system I put together. Haven't tried any gaming on it though. Thanks for the enlightenment, Gabe Newell.
  10. That too, but if its a hardware problem there isn't anything you can do.
  11. Ah. I see, there isn't much you can do but just use the Snowball. Try dropping your Mic Sensitivity a bit and it should cut out some of the background noise. And Hyper 2 mics are inherently just bad, as far as I have known and heard from other people. I have stayed away from HyperX at all costs.
  12. TOR is already slow, adding more traffic like @Alex Atkin UKsaid would make it slow, and TOR inherently isn't fully safe. Use a VPN.. sheesh.
  13. Why are you using 2 mics as the same time? Your Blue Snowball would probably be better than the HyperX mic. I know tons of people who have had HyperX's and the mics are crappy.
  14. I would recommend giving your laptop fan room to breathe, don't put it on a bed, pillow, etc. I don't do much thermals on a laptop but thats just my 2 cents.
  15. The i5-2500k does not support 1600. https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/52210/intel-core-i5-2500k-processor-6m-cache-up-to-3-70-ghz.html I could be wrong, I don't do much overclocking but I just explore the Intel ARK.
  16. I mean, to each there own, some people just like iPhones because they're iPhones, and some people like Android because of the customizability.
  17. I think this is a step in the right direction for Microsoft.. I just don't see how it would be very operable with all of those buttons for other games like FPS's, it's still a very good step in the right direction, allowing everyone of every skill level to play videogames.
  18. It's not dead, but Linus has hinted at saying 'RIP CSF' and such other things. Who knows, they may upload more because all of the AdSense money from CSF goes back into paying for fun things that they do for that channel.
  19. 2<4 but only if your using memory intensive applications and do have a CPU that can utilize Quad Channel memory. Some examples of memory intensive are CAD, 3D Rendering, and Compute.
  20. Smart, I would probably end up getting the Titan for modeling/rendering and F@H.
  21. Your desktop is only probably causing a few milliseconds of light loss, it's too short to notice. Is your desktop pulling enough voltage to make it like a scary movie where they're constantly flickering?
  22. Probably a sum of nearly all of these answers and some people just hate Fortnite and in turn hate Epic for it.
