For a difference of $20, is it really worth the risk? Just because you can doesn't necessarily mean you should.

There is nothing wrong with the card. DDU and try again. Make sure to install all the motherboard chipset drivers as well.

Are you sure you don't have driver conflicts? If this was a system with an Nvidia GPU before it, use DDU to clean old drivers.

Yeah this sounds like a clear case of driver issues. Uninstall all your display drivers using DDU then reinstall the proper AMD drivers.

Yeah, CoolerMaster makes nice fans. Also adds 1000CFM for RGB.
