Yeah, CoolerMaster makes nice fans. Also adds 1000CFM for RGB.

I bought a Cooler Master Master Box Q300L

 

It comes with a 120 mm exhaust in the back

 

I'm planning on a 5 2600 and an MSI Armor OC RX580. Also, the PSU will be upside down to help with GPU cooling.

 

Do I need another 2 front intake fans or am I fine?

You need direct airflow into your case. With that kind of setup your fans are pulling air from wherever, most likely through gaps in the case. Less overall air inside the case and more dust that's gonna seep into gaps because of lack of positive air pressure.

Will 2 Cooler Master MasterFan Pro 140 mm Air Flow be enough?

 

The CFM is 53 for each.

 

And they have RGB, so boost in performance there.
