It did! I was thinking about the XM4's, and usually i don't do this but i might buy them refurbished or something. I've known that they were the top of their class but If there's a deal ill try to snag them.

I'd agree that a i5-12400F/B660 combo would probably be the best, but maybe hang tight until there are some solid Raptor Lake announcements. Might push Alder Lake prices down a bit and maybe the generation increase would be worth buying into.
 
There are a ton of cheap cards flooding the used market. An RTX 3060 Ti would do quite nicely if she's running a 1080p panel.

As for GPU, I would greatly consider bang-for-the-buck. 3080 / 3090 are nice but they are still pricey and require monster PSU wattage. RTX3060ti offers a nice balance of price / performance.

I5-12400F with B660 (MSI B660-A) motherboard or 5600X with B550 motherboard.
 
 

This problem can potentially be caused by the power supply. But, you can try to resolve this problem by changing the ram configuration, reseating the CPU, and removing all fans, drives/disk's, and the graphics card to see if it changes behavior. Removing it from the case might help, in case there is a short somewhere causing intermittent failure.

Yes, with the game ready driver. I've actually done that whole procedure twice.

No, i just have whatever Windows Defender offers. It became read only after the first try of using it as a bootable USB.
