thank you sir! Get a good 1050Ti, not one of those fake ones with the blue and black cooler!

The 2400 is still a competent CPU. I have a 2500S (which is actually a little worse than a 2400) paired up with a 1050 Ti, and it works wonderfully.

    Maybe a slight CPU bottleneck.

What are the prices on the system and the GPU?

The CPU will bottleneck the GPU some. If this was a 2600k, it would be fine, but its a 2400.

Nvidia Graphics cards have a very likely chance to be announced on the 20th of August, if you wait until then you could probably save some money as pascal graphics cards get cheaper

You can get a CM n200 case and replace the fan and current case. That will save you a couple bucks.

    That's pretty good!

If you want to save a little bit more, stick with the stock cooler and ditch the Pure Rock Slim.
