I've seem people cool a similar system with only a 240 rad, thoguh it wasnt stellar temps. I dont believe you can do dual 120mm in the rear and the top, but the Rear alone should be possible in conjunction with the 240mm rad at the front.

Delidding and overclocking might be your solution instead of spending upwards of $1k  just to make streaming performance a bit better.

They should be roughly on par with each other from what I recall.

Corrosion is due to metals like gallium within the liquid metal, it corrodes aluminum specifically. If your thermaltake AIO is Copper (which it most likely is) then it should be good

Yeah it will stain the copper, but staining is basically just cosmetic, and nothing a little isopropyl alcohol and a scouring pad can't remove in case you want to sell it. Here are some examples from my 8700k.

You can use it that way as long as its a nickel plated copper or just copper.
If it contacts aluminum, it will eat it away.

Just have in mind that the liquid metal can difuse itself into the copper. It wont hurt it or anything, the performance will be the same but you wont be able to clean it off, there will be a permanent stain.

if the cooler is copper sure (most of them are)

i don't think it's worth doing so tho, there is not a huge gain between thermal paste and liquid metal on top of the IHS in most cases

Dark by far as its VRM’s are beast.
even the micro 2 has better VRM’s than any asus mobo.

    None.
Just get 2 single arm VESA mounts. You can position them where you need, it's much better. Make sure they're gas piston based.

Is a good point but I don't so much agree. This just purely my opinion due to a couple of facts, mainly due to 4k becoming ever more affordable and common. Nvidia is releasing a 4k 144hz (or 165hz I forgot) in August. Sure a 1080/ti can both play 4k buuut someone like myself and others are graphics whores. Sure they both can play 4k with 60 fps but I like everything maxed even though lesser settings are very playable. Im ok with 60fps but ideally 90-100 fps is what I prefer on ultra settings and no single card can do that and on ultra settings struggle to keep constant 60fps. So with nvidia launching such great monitors around the time of their new graphics cards, I think that's what make your statement not correct like it has been correct before going from generation to generation. Their going to want wow from people seeing these crazy expensive $2,000 monitors and medium high 60fps would look great, a better selling point would be a single card solution to push the boundaries of this new panel whereas no card can come close to do now, including mentioned titan, sooooo this is my reason to disagree. So take a titan add 10% gains and that will add 5-7 fps considering on benches I've looked on ultra settings in 4k with a oc those games were 55-76fps which is very playable and enjoyable. So why spend 2grand on a gaming monitor no single card can max out? Well that's why I think this new 1180 or very least ti variant will be able to or very close to 140fps ultra settings on most all titles in 4k. But that'd be like doubling the performance of anything that's out now, which i also see unlikely as things usually don't double their predecessor. But I do think they'll be running 4k ultra 100fps. Just my thaughts. Rumor has it July 31st or August 20sonething at gamercon nvidia will announce new cards.... Hoping so but the gamecon I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't the new monitors they announce. I do think this year we will see something and I can't wait my rx's are getting tired...

Had they not have these new monitors on the way I would fully agree with you though.
