  1. Sorry for reviving an old post but, I just found out about this project recently and feel almost obligated to say how awesome I think this idea is. It's really making me think of all the possible ways you can create a pc build with a ps4 and xbox one in the same case. Just the thought of having a normal computer case modded to be able to switch easily between the three or play them all at the same time on diff. monitors is awesome. And having them all connected in the same watercooling loop is pretty cool. Just thought I'd say this build is great and I wonder if more will be added to it as new consoles get released.
  2. I mean I'm no expert but I've seen plenty of projectors and this one seems pretty unique. To be able to throw a large image really close to the wall and be compact enough to fit in your backpack without taking up all the space is pretty cool. I mean like all projectors, the image quality doesn't compare at all with LCDs. But, if you have a light colored wall and want to be able to watch a movie or play a game on a massive screen a huge TV would be too expensive and kind of impractical unless your going to dedicate the room to it. Would love to win one
  3. I didn't even know shops like this existed. I thought there were just factories that mass recycle electronics for their materials. But a shop that you can volunteer at and not only learn a bunch about different computer parts but also get a discount to buy or take an older computer with you is a pretty cool idea. It would be nice to work at one of these computer repair/recycle shops without actually getting a job at one and being forced to work long hours. Just casually work whenever you have free time and when you have enough hours stacked up you can get a discount off a newer item or take home something older for free. You could probably put that on your resume too.
  4. I believe SSDs should be a standard for boot drives in any PC rig. When compared to a HDD an SSD will give you faster boot times, quicker access to files and applications and make your computer quieter overall. Because of the fact that they don't create large amounts of heat, aren't as susceptible to damage from shock or vibrations (because there are no moving parts) as well as their small size compared to 3.5" HDD, you can mount them just about anywhere in your case and even in many laptops. The (C:) Drive that I have installed in my Personal Rig is mounted in the space behind the motherboard tray and is only being held by the data+power cables and the side panel. This allows me to remove the hard drive cages at the front of my case and free up space for a water cooling Radiator and a tube reservoir/pump combo (although I still can't afford a watercooling system at the moment). I can fit multiple SSDs in the cable management area where no one will ever notice them if they look through my side panel window. As you can probably tell I've been enthusiastic about SSDs since they first became available for the average consumer. As more time passes they have become a lot cheaper per gb than when I first bought my SSD although higher capacity drives can still be pretty pricey... Wow I really went on a rant there.
  5. Love to see this type of more personal content on the channel. It's great listening to them talk directly to the viewers and speak freely without a script and without any acting. Or at least without too much acting because I'd probably have to speak with them in person to know their true characters. I'm actually from Queens, NY so I found that last question about Nicky V. especially funny. Hey Nicky V! You dah Man! (Stereotypical New York accent)

  7. I used my laptop until it literally stopped working. It had a broken hinge that was held together with an entire tube of super glue. I replaced the battery and the charger. It was so slow that i couldnt even run minecraft. It got hot really quickly, it was heavy, and the battery didn't last long. I had that laptop for like 6 years and i would have kept using it if my brother didn't spill water over it while i was using it  . I kind of miss it.
  8. I would love to win something. Anything, to be honest... Vessel Username: RonHGeneral Favorite Video #1: HighLANder Vlog Part 2 https://www.vessel.com/videos/AIrgVSK8f Favorite Video #2: Phanteks Enthoo EVOLV - Classic Unboxing https://www.vessel.com/videos/CBR6_NDEI

  10. i agree that it would useful to keep your eyes from getting too much strain as well as blinking often and looking away from the screen every now and again I use the computer for long periods of time and my eyes do suffer from it
  11. I had no idea that something like that happened to him I hope he can prosper with newegg now
