Some motherboards have a feature on their IO panel that allows you to plug in a USB to flash the bios in a specific USB slot. The you press the bios flashback, Hope you dont suddenly lose power and roll some dice to make sure your luck pays off and thus the board updates its bios without needing a CPU. Sadly this tends to be a mid to high end board feature, and low end boards require you to have a CPU of the generation the board was designed for, manually update it in the bios, then you can swap the new chip in. That board will require you to have a 12th Gen CPU to update its bios, then you can install the 13th gen cpu.

Board needs a bios update but does NOT have cpu less bios flashback. A baord that does have it is needed. Wont cost much more than that strix.
Might also wqnt to get a couple arctic p12 or p14 fans as the 4000d comes with only 1 fan

Looking at this post on GoPro's website, the bitrate options are 45, 60 and 100 Mbps. You can do the math, depending on the length of the videos; bear in mind, it's Megabits per second. I'm pretty sure these values and tables are good for the Hero 9 as well.

Max bitrate in the highest quality modes is 100Mbps, so 12.5MB/sec for both.

which is why i i know that the 5800x is a better one couse i know that the 8 cores will get its money worth, 12 cores not so much

I would check ut if any reviews of it talk about the out-of-box calibration settings and if they are anywhere near acceptible. But other than that it is, as mentioned above, a certain degree of snobbery in it. Maybe not at the level of speaker cables, but still.
