What's wrong with including a kid in something fun and harmless? Had I been that age I would've wanted to fly too. It's not like landing on 18 beanbags would hurt the kid. As for trustworthy... well, he does seem to cheat in contests a lot... so if there was any kind of contest involved I wouldn't trust him as far as Luke can throw him.

I don't remember the last time I clicked a video in such a hurry, and I don't xbox.

The 1 year thing was posted in December last year, so not nearly that long ago. Also pretty sure it was Luke. For some reason people keep thinking it was ages ago.

Oh man I hope that never happens. He might be a really nice guy and all that (he seems nice enough when he's not trying way too hard to be funny), but I'd really rather not have to watch any more of his videos. His guest appearance on WAN show was ok... ish, but his average video on NCIX... not so much.

Busy with Floatplane mostly. (Try reading some of the 500 other posts asking the same thing if you want details). Or if you really miss him that much just watch the WAN show, he's still very much around. If that's not enough he also does 2 or 3 twitch streams each week. And there's both Scrapyard wars and Tech showdown coming up soon, I'd be very surprised if he hadn't participated in those.

Only thing that really surprises me is that they waited this long.

Broader tech interests, not just pc parts. Around the clock/world activity, many other fora are extremely US-centered. Some of the most level-headed moderators I have ever encountered on any site ever. With very few exceptions also some of the nicest users (there will of course always be a few clowns who think they're all that and a bag of chips, but we seem to have fewer of them in here at least). I absolutely love the lack of delete-options. I've had tons of good laughs since joining this forum. And I do still enjoy the videos for the most part, I don't watch all of them because some content just doesn't interest me (surprise) and certain hosts I legit have trouble hearing/understanding, but it'll take a bit more than a silly thumbnail that'll go away on play to make me hate the vids.

Every day the blue paint moves further up Linus' arms, maybe by the time Tech Showdown launches he'll actually look like a smurf, that'd be fun.

Ask her. Don't specify "as friends" unless she asks, or you might end up making it seem like you're not really interested but just want someone to go with, that'd be blocking yourself.
