when ya run fo4 it should launch a loader first .. try messing with the gfx settings maybe something is wonky/ not detected properly... switching from dx11 to dx12 might fix it ?

mostly full yeah distilled water should do the trick

you will have to hit f8 when your pc is starting up to get into safe mode

yes if disabling the intel hd gives you no display reboot into safe mode and re-enable it

with distilled water only you will need to add some chemicals to it to keep things from growing.... algae or other funk

try disabling the intel hd and rebooting... if that doesnt work reboot into safe mode (f8 before windows comes up) and re-enable the intel hd

go here http://support.amd.com/en-us/download put in info....download , install and reboot then go into control panel -> device or hardware manager and see if its showing the 7400m under Display adapters.

make sure correct drivers are installed for 7400m and that its set as primary display adapter in game/windows
