  2. I have an AMD Ryzen 9 3900x on an Asus TUF x570 plus WiFi chambered in an NZXT 510 Elite case. I've been using the stock Wraith Prism cooler for the last month and a half since I bought these parts. OP is right. The jumping up and revving down of both the CPU temp and cooling fan motor is quite annoying. I just picked up an NZXT Kraken 280 x63 yesterday. The jumping continues. Same pace, too. No OC. With or without XMP. Idle. Still rocking between 43-59c I'm those jumps. The bigger difference now is the noise level is.. well, quieter. I also see something interesting: AMD Master reports a steadier temp (at the low end) than any other monitoring software (CAM, CoreTemp, HW Info, etc..). Ryzen Master is either lying through its code, or something else is happening. My Wraith fans were connected through the NZXT hub, but I also tried CPU_0 and CPU_ALT. Same story. It's revving up and slowly stepping down at 0-1% CPU load (no jumps on any cores). Ryzen has apparently had this "problem" with Ryzen forever. Some say it's "normal". In BIOS, I've changed the down step to 8.something seconds so my CPU fans don't have a chance to ramp down. This doesn't change the numbers reported for temps, but does rid the annoyance of speed ups and downs from my CPU fans.

Let's be honest, purple is a top tier RGB choose ?

The only thing throwing me off here is the red AMD cooler. But I like it still :) Nice build.

Since this video, I have changed that red to blue. Much nicer. Perhaps I'll upload a gif of the change soon..  Thank you!

  3. SFC check finds no issues. DISM finished, but no change to state of system.
  4. Windows is a headache. I need help. Pro, 64 bit Windows 10. Tied to a domain. Using local administrator doesn't matter. Creating a new admin doesn't matter. Same issue persists. Errors when launching edge or Internet explorer, and even PNG files stating "class not registered". When opened. Select taskbar icons for Edge and something else are blank, and do nothing. No settings prompt will open. No network settings. No security settings. Display settings. Antivirus. Sound. Nada. Control panel, yes. But the Windows 10 settings GUI will not be seen from anywhere. Also, no Start menu. No CTRL+ESC. No Windows+X. No right click. So no option for safe mode. Malwarebutes found nothing. There's no high CPU usage (except one instance with OneDrive setup logging 99% CPU usage, but I put a stop to that. Any thoughts or ideas? This happens on all domain and local administrator accounts, envelope a newly created local administrator account, except the domain administrator account. We deleted domain users local storage for account profiles (c:\users\%profilename%), created new domain account logins, new local animator accounts, still does the same with all accounts. Using the domain admin, we verified the late updates were installed and checked antivirus history. Even the system event logs don't indicate any drastic errors. This system was not updated from Windows 7. A clean install of Windows 10 Pro about a month ago was performed. The OS is on a 120GB SSD, and there's another 1TB as secondary storage. 12 GB of DDR3 RAM. It's an older i5, quad core CPU. No major applications installed. No additional hardware for standard desktops. Any and all help is welcome.
