  1. So I've read a bunch on this and there haven't been any real concrete answers. My question: will an i5 9600k be a hidnerance for Stable Diffusion? I don't think it'll be much of an issue, but was wondering if anyone has a similar system. Build will be a 9600k, 1TB NVME drive, 64GB RAM, and an RTX 4060Ti 16GB.
  2. DHL is by far the worst shipping company I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Never again. I'll pay more for UPS or FedEx.

They haven't been able to figure out their fuck up for almost 2 months, and they don't have a way to call them about it.

Sucks. Gotta live in Germany. Here shit like that wouldn't happen.

  3. This easily done by you, and not so easily done by us. Go to your local classifieds Compare pricing Price accordingly Or Go on eBay Look up your card specifically, or RTX 3060's in general Click on Sold Items in the drop down menu Compare pricing Price accordingly We don't know where you live, what your local pricing is like, etc. This is something you can, and should be researching yourself. We also don't know where you live, so we can't give suggestions about pricing since it's different everywhere. You need to provide us with more information. Welcome to the forum.
  4. Is there any reason to a kid the carrier tablets? Looking at getting a used Samsung tablet, and got an offer for one from AT&T. I'd prefer one without the carrier stuff on it, but how bad is the bloat? Will it affect updates? Particularly since it won't be used in the US.

Sounds like a personal problem The Blackberrys I had were some of the best.
  6. How dare they try to cancel Dave Chappelle....again....

    Good luck, idiots.

Eh they're not so bad, plus it gives you significantly more screen space. Now, I don't like the form factor on a big phone. Too long. If they made some kind of quality slider though? I'd totally buy that. What a fantastic year that was.
  8. Hard for us to give you a solid answer when you haven't told us where you live Possibilities change from area to area. Find a recycling depot. That's probably your best bet. Honestly, if you don't want them and they're useless, why do you think a store, that has to pay money to handle them, would want them either?
  9. I'd look at the used market and see what you can get there. Should be able to steal a significantly faster card for the same price.
  10. So MrMobile is making a physical keyboard for phones, starting with the iPhone. Interesting.

Like the absolute trash physical keyboard phone I dumped $1,000 on and it's the worst cellphone ever built in the history of everything.

It's a modern phone and that's why it's complete garbage... the old ones I have are great

  11. Sorry for your tech desert, Norwegians. At least you can still import from other countries, just at a higher cost.
  12. Oh that's not bad. Lenovo makes a light version of the Legion if you liked that, Dell XPS laptops are fairly light in the 14" version.
  13. Isn't there a known over supply? So that's not really price fixing, it's just returning to normal.
  14. I think this can be boiled down to: You didn't give them any money, so they don't owe you any support. You are not their customer. It's common sense that you won't have coverage if you buy items used. You got a deal, and anything that happens after that is on you, not the manufacturer. It's unfortunate that it bricked your mouse, but that's why there's a warranty. Shit happens. It's not like it's a widespread issue. If it was, and every mouse was bricking, then perhaps you'd have more of a leg to stand on.
  15. What weight are you targeting? What's light to some is heavy to others. What GPU are you ok with? Gaming on the go is going to take a weight penalty no matter how you cut it.
  16. Any gas piston one should be good. I had a Vivo one and loved it. Just look at their weight limits and pick the one with the highest capacity.
  17. While I don't think their service is great in terms of value, and I don't think they'd gain a ton of business from the ad campaign...I don't see why it's an issue to take the money they're offering. Someone might find more value in it. How long did she use it for? My gf had pretty good success, but with something like this not every scent is going to be for every person. You'll never get a 100% enjoyment rate. There's lots of people that wouldn't mind getting some new cologne. This is a decent way to check out scents if you only sub for a few months. Beats buying bottles and trying it out that way. Also, I don't think it really matters... Hmmm I agree with most of what you said about the company, but putting a warning about not using it in public spaces is...a bit much. I can totally sympathize about how scents can affect you like that, however the masses shouldn't be restricted by very small fractions of the population. It's kind of like saying people shouldn't eat peanut butter in public. The FTC stuff you linked seems to be for future hearings. Not really relevant to anything before that. At least their cancellation system is easier than Amazons I think it depends on the CS rep you get...same as most places. My GF didn't realize she was still subscribed, and they gave her a full refund. Granted this was before they shipped the product, so if someone's trying to cancel after they shipped the product, well it's just common sense that they'd be SOL.
  18. It should still include duties, which I imagine is most of the cost. No idea, I imagine they would, or if you paid with a credit card, VISA would.
  19. Ooof, that's quite a bit. I mean, ultimately it's still about what you'd have paid for the items without the discount, but still. A lot of customs fees aren't taxes. They're brokerage and duty. Different things. Up to you, but if you're uncomfortable waiting to see if they'll help you, just return the package. Only real option you have.
  20. What's the price difference between the two? If it's not that much and you want the items, then just accept the shipment and hope that the CS team will do you right. You got them cheap (compared to original). If you're uneasy with that, just have the package sent back. Not sure if they'd honor the price and reship it to you though. Country of origin is the country it's manufactured in.
  21. Looks like they invoiced it for the regular price and not the price you paid. The only real way around this is for them to reimburse you the difference, or pay all the extra shipping costs to get it back to them. You need to quote or tag people if you're replying to them, otherwise they won't see what you've written. Country of origin, currency of transaction. Pretty sure that's where they make their garments.
  22. I'm very excited about all of these phones with greater than 5,000mah batteries coming out 🤤

  23. Absolutely needs to be locked away. He's done several large hacks and is easily persuaded by his "peers"; it'll only escalate into things far more serious then a simple game breach. Very smart individual in some aspects, clearly, but unfortunately not really fit to roam on his own. I'd almost guarantee the British military or intelligence sevice employs him or his services in some regard. Which I think would be a far better outcome for all parties involved. Seems perfectly fitting IMO. He's an extreme risk to the public. You can be a genius and still be unfit to stand trial. They might have had other stuff planned to go with the trailer launch that was ruined, contracts with other companies, etc. There is most definitely financial consequences that go along with things like this.
