Ya G4400 is good enough, even tho it would be better to invest for a 4 threaded cpu imo.
What you could do is get a i3 and gpu later. Why? The integrated gpu (hd 510,520) can run LoL at 100 fps full hd if you turn the setting down a bit.

Oh I didnt know the ram was bad on the blade, not saying speed/timing doesnt matter, but how bad is it realy, im curious

512gb not enough. True if you install many AAA games. I tend to just have 1 or 2 and I delete the games when I finish them to download new ones. I also stored pictures and video on external devices.  I guess that might be a bit biased from me.

Thunder3 doesnt not mean its egpu compatible, has to be enable or something by the manufacturer. Someone said that in some forum on the internet.

Honnestly, i have no idea, but a friend of mine told to go for ''slightly'' high price for better quality. He said better get good brand cause some cheaper tv have terrible viewing angle and color quality. Online research will be more precise then me.
So take that with a grain of salt

If im not mistaken, u can run at 4x (or any at the cost of performance)
But I remember reading a post saying 4x speed performance lost is rather minimal

16 gb or ram is enough. 256gb ssd is ''ok''. Could get external hdd/ssd , crazy big usb or just upgdrade internal ssd if needed. IMO

the 2gb will do fine, well if the 4gb is the same price or lets say within 5$, just yolo for the fact you have 4 gb lol

6500 or even 6400 is good enough. Im not a music teacher but I do some music editing. A hyper threaded i7 (i7 3517u at like 2.7ghx boost) is ''good enough''. On a desktop quad core, i have no problem at all. You should consider a ssd so your teacher can have a fast boot drive, as well as fore his program. And dont forget sound file and stuff for music editing are rather big in some case, so a ''faster'' user experience is much appreciated. Btw, im no saying you need nvme, sata ssd are more then enough in this case.
