It was much better like 7 years ago then it is now, when they first started popping up. We got one in my town a like 2 years ago, and we never go there, because it's just not all that great.

You're Best bet will be to part out on a sub-reddit like r/hardwareswap. GPU's: $100 each CPU: $150 Mobo: $60 RAM: $80 HDD: $20 SSD: $30 I'd scrap the rest.

That build is horribly optimized. For gaming in the 2K price range he'd be better to look at an I7-6700K + 980/980Ti.

That's a lower end board. I doubt you'll find one for it. They usually only make waterblocks for high end boards such as the SOC.

Logitech Performance MX: $120 Logitech G710+: $120 Blue Yeti: $130 Steel Series QcK $25 Bose QC 15 Acoustic Noise Cancelling headphones: $330 $725 in peripherals... I need help...
