Earlier this month WhatsApp announced that it would only continue to support Blackberry's Android powered Priv handset not the BB10 Operating System at the end of 2016. Today the leader of BlackBerry’s App Ecosystem and Developer Outreach team Lou Gazzola announced that Facebook will end its support for the BB10 OS too, which means user will now have to log in to Facebook via the website. BlackBerry said that it was “extremely disappointed” in Facebook’s decision, because “we know so many users love these apps, We fought back to work with WhatsApp and Facebook to change their minds, but at this time, their decision stands, Despite this, we have worked hard to ensure our end users have the best experience in light of this decision, and are continuing to search for alternate solutions.” Source 1 Source 2 Source 3

Like I've been saying since day one, the Metal Gear Solid series finished with Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, It's great legacy would have continued for eternity had this one not been made, despite the fact that Konami are shitting all over the series, Kojima should have shut up shop and moved on following the success of 4 the story was finished. All that is going to happen now is Metal Gear Solid's reputation is going to be destroyed by this game because of Konami's dealings with this situation. The only way to show them how pissed you are about it is to not buy the game.

In some countries the law enforces them to offer a return service.

This happens all the time, In many E-tailers and Retailers. Problem is, people (who buy on the internet) have the right to return an item to the seller with a short period of time (Typically 14 days) Biggest problem that the companies have is that Customers buy the products, try them out or review them for the grace period, and return them, they are then legally entitled to a full refund for the product (until recently in the UK) The retailer has to then sell this item as an open box product and makes little if no margin on the price they've paid from the supplier/distributor. It's not the companies fault that a customer returned the item, but at the same time, it is not fair for the customer to pay the price for a brand new product, only to receive as used one. And unfortunately a reality truth is a lot of companies send them back to the supplier/distributor to simply be repackaged and resold.
