    The 2600 isn't much of an upgrade. You might as well go with the 3600 if you're switching platforms.

    you wouldn't go wrong either way. However if you're going to mostly play csgo i'd get the 3600, it's really fast in that game specifically.

    Everything looks good except the PSU. There are minor optimizations you could do like swapping to a 250GB BX200 SSD for the same price as that one and swapping GPU brands (but staying with an R9 390), but really those are minor and not really that much of  an issue. The PSU though should really be changed.
     
    I'd recommend an EVGA 650W G2 or GS series. GQ are okay, and stay away from G1. There are other acceptable brands, but at 650W the good EVGA models are the cheapest, but again avoid the G1.

    is this a good starter pc to run all the new games bf4, witcher3, gta v etc.... with good settings and good fps?
