  1. You tagged me but didn't respond to my question at all? I'll copy and paste it again. Have you tried different ear tips yet? Make sure you get different sizes so you can figure out what suits your ears best. (I only say this because spending a few dollars on different ear tips that may suit you well is certainly a lot more affordable than going out and buying headphones)
  2. Before you jump ship and get some headphones (still nice to have anyways...), try different ear tips. There are foam variants (like memory foam) and there's also the "spin fit" tips, which I find to be the most comfortable personally and don't "pain" the ear as much. 3. I'm assuming the recent Chrome update broke it. I'd also assume Chrome will release a fix within the next week and it's functionality will be restored. (Or Kaspersky will update, either way... probably won't be long until it's fixed without tweaking or editing anything on your end.
  4. Huge in the "chi-fi" world. (aka affordable hi-fi) Sound quality is good, build quality is good. They have a TON of devices to potentially sift through. Ive personally owned 2 pairs of earbuds both coming in at under 75 bucks for both. They have a nice market placement alongside all the other "chi-fi" products for people like myself who stray away from wanting to spend hundreds of dollars on IEM's. If the sound quality of a Linsoul Audio device is 90% of a top of the line, namebrand IEM. I'll take the Linsoul Audio device and save the rest of that money. That being said, it's totally possible their quality control or customer support sucks, I just haven't experienced either of those 2 things over the last few years.

    Apple fans....

  6. If you're looking for a dark theme to apply to most websites, try using "dark reader" for firefox. You can toggle it on/off for specific websites as wel. for example, I don't use it on LTT since LTT already offers a dark theme.
  7. Yes, we noticed this as well across our users. Luckily, half of our users in a specific department utilize a key gen "dongle" that they carry around that generates a 2-factor code for them to enter. Our other users have a Yubikey assigned to them. It pretty much appears that as long as the default method is NOT text or call based, microsoft is fine with that for 2FA purposes. And to be honest, I feel like the authenticator app itself is the easiest way to login anyways. I do understand your users may not like it, but I'd try to get them to buy into that idea otherwise you could always tell them that they would next need to start carrying around a physical device that allows them to log in... It makes sense too, as text/call methods for 2FA is pretty easy to get around. (compared to most other methods) Sorry I don't have any other beneficial info at this time. I'm curious to hear if you find anything else out though.
  8. Have you tried contacting the record labels he's signed (or been signed) to?
  9. The Apple Event is in 1 day. Maybe wait and see if they tease anything there?

Today I turn.... Old. I am old.

Happy Birthday!! Hope you didn't pinch a nerve getting in the car today! I sure as hell didn't! Nope! Not me!
  11. If you have to angle them sideways, at least try to get a "triangular" base so you can have them pointed upwards towards your ear holes. If you put them behind the monitor, the sound will be reflecting off the monitors/walls/whatever else is around your desk back there before you even hear them. Try both placements and take a listen to some music. I doubt behind the monitor will end up "sounding better', but audio is subjective so only you can make that decision. Not to scale:
  12. Try booting a live linux ISO (like ubuntu or mint) and see if it keyboards work on those OS.
  13. I'm assuming your dad has some technical experience at the very least to be attempting to create these accounts and/or sign onto your computer for whatever reason. Once again, the easiest way to prevent this (aside from physical access) would be to separate or disable the ability for computers to communicate with yours on the same network via the router. But I'd just talk to your dad and ask why he's doing that in the first place. Also "remote desktop connection" being turned off just stops people from "remoting" into your pc. It does not stop the ability to potentially browse files on your computer remotely if they end up getting admin rights to an account. (via unc paths)
  14. Just as a quick example. "admin" is the local admin account I created prior to joining this computer to a domain. That's the only account that ISNT disabled. The WDAGUtilityAccount is most likely disabled as we do not use Windows Defender here and use other Antivirus which probably disabled that from doing it's thing. The WDAG account is legit though and if you really don't want it, you can disable it. I do not think deleting it is possible. To get some clarification though, are you on the same network as your father? Are you able to log in/sign in to the admin panel of your router?
  15. Yeah... the justi account raises some flags. That's already a little sketchy the fact someone is most likely remotely running commands on your machine. I'm guessing your're on the same network as your father? If that's the case, it'll be hard to segregate your network traffic into separate networks if you don't control the router (and if your router even supports VLANs... unlikely but possible). First thing I would personally do is make sure your BIOS is up to date, and then ensure you have a security/supervisor password set on the BIOS and do not allow booting from flash drives/external drives or PXE booting. I'm not sure how this user account was created (justi) but if you can find any other event logs around the same time frame to see if there were any network connections attempting to connect to your pc around then? Lastly, based off the event logs, are these events happening while you are there on your PC or while you're out and away from your PC? I don't want to say clean install windows quite yet, but the fact there's already a user account created without your knowledge is kind of worrying. Mainly you're going to want to dig a bit and try and figure out HOW they managed to create this account in the first place. You can also go into settings and disable device discovery and even remote desktop connections to rule those out. Honestly though that won't be too beneficial if you aren't in control of your router. I'm kind of going all over here with a few questions so I'll leave it there until you clarify.
  16. I'm assuming the events you're seeing are based off that WDAGutilityAccount (Windows Defender Application Guard). If you believe you haven't accidentally ran any malicious programs or applications, as a test, you could disable windows defender for a day or 2 and see if those same event viewer events continue to happen. You listed 4 accounts of 7. I'm assuming a fifth account would be your own user. What are the other two? edit: or at the very least disable the application guard feature instead of windows defender as a whole
  17. What version of windows is this? 11? 10? 7? home or pro version? What is the latest update of windows you have? Is this domain joined or a personal computer? If it's a personal computer, are you the only user that uses it?
  18. Realize that you're quoting a post from 2019 and the user you're quoting hasn't been on the site since 2021.
  19. Can anyone help me identify this TV?

You just had to focus on the negative huh. XD

And that was a real fast editing. Kudos

Who ever said I edited them? Or was even the initial creator in the first place? 😜

Now I know who to blame if that gif induces a nightmare later.

  20. I've got the older one but non-oled. Almost don't want to check the total hours as I'm already surprised the screen hasn't had any issues yet! ..... knocks on wood. My only question (not at home to test now) is, did you have to download the dell display manager at some point or did windows auto install that through updates?
  21. GPT is the GUID Partition Table. I would not keep running your system with a possible failing drive down the road. Without knowing what drive is actually failing (im assuming the OS drive), you can uninstall the other drives from your machine except your OS drive and boot a few times to see if the error persists. If so, I'd personally backup your files and then reformat/reinstall your OS on the drive. Hopefully that fixes the issue from happening again. Or - you can try following the instructions on screen to access the "Boot Sector MBR/GPT Recovery policy".
  22. I still have the original cables provided from KZ. I'll test that out tonight if I remember by the time I get home.
