7700k? Rather get 8600k then since it will bring you better performance for less price than 7700k.

But for streaming and gaming I would concider 8700k if I were you. The only problem with this CPU is overheating.

The i7 7700k already outperformed the i7 7800x at gaming only, the i7 8700k is a polished i7 7700k with extra 2 cores, so it will game with better performance yet also provide good quality streaming as it has 6c/12t all the same.

x299 uses a different form of cache that has been known to harm gaming performance.

7th are only quad cores. They dont stream well either. 7800x performs better, but 8th gen kills it clean. I'd say a 6-core 8th gen CPU (depends on how far your budget can bring you) or Ryzen 5 1600.

Why not the i7 8700k? the i7 7800x hasn't good performance on gaming, even a Ryzen 7 1700 would be wiser to go with.

I would suggest staying the heck away from a blue yeti, if it's freestanding it'll pick up any noise that reverbs through the desk and when you've had enough and want to upgrade you're stuck in the yeti ecosystem with the only option being a shock mount as expensive as the mic and the rode boom arm because cheap ones won't hold that hefty weight!

When I moved from the blue yeti I went with a blue spark, it came with a shock mount/pop filter and it was light enough to be sturdy on my awful 10 pound boom arm!  Stays in front of my mouth and out of the way, it's been pretty great!  Although, it forced me to get an audio interface for the XLR in but when shopping for headphones that turned into a blessing because it removed the cost of a preamp!

And as for headphones I can say the best closed back ones I've used for all round performance have been Beyerdynamics DT 770s/990s although they felt very tight and got a bit sore after prolonged use.  For open backs the best I've heard have been AKG K701/702/7xx and with the self adjusting headband and the massive ear cups they are the comfiest things ever, I wear them 24/7 with no issues.

EDIT: Also if mic quality isn't a huge factor for you then maybe just look at getting an antlion mod mic with some even nicer headphones?
