    So GOG is officially a smut platform. It's like how youtube doesn't allow porn. You can say "but but but they can add an adult section!" that's really not the point. Steam doesn't want to be a place where you go to beat your dick. That's all that really matters here.

    I've been so excited for this. I've been looking for a good linux HTPC option, and this has been on my shortlist. The price is right, hopefully they have details about the chip under the hood available soon.

    First of all, very nice find. Square label with the thick black din cable is easily the most desirable of the normal model M keyboards, even if the cable does look a bit messed up (NOS cables are available). It will work fine assuming that the cable is OK (visually it looks all dirty and bent out of shape, but it should be fine. I suggest rewinding the coil) all you need is an active PS2 to USB adapter, as well as a DIN to PS2 adapter. The recommended PS2 to USB adapter is the Sanoxy Blue Cube (Found on amazon) because it supports the higher voltage that some of the older Model Ms used. It's worth the extra few dollars.     There should be zero controversy surrounding this. The government did all the prosecuting, and the guy was trying to sell the disks for four dollars apiece. He himself admits this. End of story. Open and shut case.

    The HiFi was 50 dollars at walmart within what, two years of launch? It was a failure, technologically and commercially. Apple has in the past few months claimed 10% of the market. Sonos and Google have been in the market for years and Google only has 4% more. Apple has 5 times as much as Sonos. People calling the homepod a failure are hilarious.

    Because my experience with laptops with low res 15" screens and 15W chips is that they'll be getting 6 to 7.

    They are meant to compete with sonos, not with Google Home and Amazon Alexa. Only the Google Home Max could really be considered a homepod competitor.

    The display is easily a thousand dollars, the motherboard is probably also that much. Vega 56 and all the supporting components aren't cheap. Plus, chances are if the power supply fried the motherboard, then there is a nonzero chance that the RAM and CPU (which are a bulk of the cost) are also fried. And even if they aren't, Apple will have to spend time testing them and making sure they're working before they're used today. Labor isn't cheap, at the very least the cost would be more than half of the sticker price of the machine.

    It would literally be cheaper for everyone involved for linus to just buy a new iMac. He killed the PSU, the motherboard, and the screen at the very least. It would save apple in man hours and it would save linus money to just buy a new one, of course apple wasn't going to repair it. When a car is totaled, it gets scrapped. Not repaired. What linus did was total a computer.

    More like pornhub was given millions of dollars worth of XVG by the dev to accept XVG. Basically nothing short of market manipulation. Not to mention XVG isn't even a privacy coin and can be tracked. The devs are blatantly incompetent.

    I had a pavilion, had an Elite x2 (returned to HP) and a Spectre x360 15. They were and are all hot garbage. I've never heard more coil whine from a machine ever, and the instability is just insane.
