  1. What does the blue screen tell you? What is the log?
  2. If the game crashes, or the PC bluescreens, that is VERY unlikely it is the PSU. Have you overclocked anything?
  3. No. Mini ITX, is a cut-down form of ATX. SFX motherboards are a completely different standard.
  4. It needs a laptop power cable. Weirdly, Gigabyte's site doesn't say what size the jack is. I would get a 120W universal charger from Officeworks or something. Don't buy a non-name off ebay, it'll be shit, and likely will kill something.
  5. What is the point of the Phanteks Revolt X? Looking at back, it appears System 2 only gets a 24pin and 8pin power. You cannot run this as like an always-on NAS.
  6. CX450 or CX430? Bit of a difference Either way, a Ryzen 2600 and a GTX 950 will easily run on either.
  7. I don't know what you're on about. Here's both of the web pages I screen-shotted Ebay - sorted by: ended recently: https://www.ebay.com.au/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=i7+(2700%2C+2700k%2C+3770%2C+3770k)&_sacat=0&rt=nc&LH_Sold=1&LH_Complete=1 PCPP- sorted by: lowest price: https://au.pcpartpicker.com/products/cpu/#s=62,60,11&C=4,32&sort=price
  8. I think I can tell the cheaper option... As I said, the grey CX750 has nothing to do with the Green CX750 (or CX750M/850M), but the grey CX750M does.
  9. ThermalTake has more than 1 500W PSU... tell me the model number.
  10. It's a tough choice. Do I want Swagger Skirts (1959), or cafes with good coffee in Degraves Street? Why can't we have both?

  11. Sounds about right. I am pretty sure my MSI B350M Mortar Arctic did that too. That said, that board is long since dead and gone, so cannot confirm.
  12. If the fan spins up on startup then stops, it is just testing to see if the fan works or not. It should turn on when the chipset is getting hot, and needs to cool it down.
  13. Have you selected the correct audio source? After you have selected the correct source, click on the volume bar. That should give you a ding sound. If you get the ding, you have just got your audio output set to the wrong device.
  14. If your UPS isn't switching from mains to battery quick enough, in theory, your PC would restart. This sounds like just an unstable PC. What is your new UPS? What is your PSU?
  15. I find that extremely unlikely. Why would malware deliberately fuzzle the image every once and a while? Modern Malware, exists as a way to make money. That clearly isn't that. I don't think it is a browser problem. Look at the video, the artifacts appear over the windows taskbar. It could be drivers, or most likely it is a defective GPU.
  16. No, you do. You have rights as a consumer, this ain't a change of mind transaction. Shit's fucked, you're entitled for a repair, replacement or refund.
  17. The case is sturdy enough, but check the stands width and shape of the stand - it might overhang, and you REALLY don't want to block the case vents over the CPU.
  18. Shits fucked. Return it, and buy a new one. (Maybe something else) I wouldn't do an RMA, as I don't trust refurbs from a lot of brands - especially Razor, as their new products are already poorly made to begin with.
  19. That's bullshit. It'd be stupid to invest in a new-old stock CPU, but the used market exist. "A Stitch in time, saves 9", approach doesn't really work here. They won't save any money overall, after the next upgrade, if they move to Ryzen this upgrade - which is the entire basis in your claim, in saying a ivy/sandy upgrade is not worth it. "A Green CX" 750W is more than fine. The new CX-M uses the same old platform that that used. There's never been a VS750. Corsair for the most part, keeps wattage and quality somewhat together (unlike other brands).
  20. 750W is more than sufficient, but depends on the model. Stuff like the EVGA 700N exists - yuck. From memory, the only old 750W PSU from Corsair to be concerned about, are the old 80plus white TX and TX-M's. That's good I7 2700, i7 2700k, i7 3770 or i7 3770k. I7 4770k uses a different.
  21. What's your PSU? Do you have an SSD? And upgrading the RAM to 16GB would be good Same with replacing the CPU with an i7
  22. No. Get a new PSU. Your existing PSU is crap. A good 550W supply is more than adequate. Something like a Corsair RMx is ideal
  23. Do they have an online store? If so, can you send me a link to their site?
  24. Last time I looked at DDR4, it was early last year. I bought 16GB of 2400MHz stuff off Gumtree used for $150AU. That was a steal, but DDR4 prices were through the roof then. I really haven't been that active in this forum recently...
  25. No. You need an SSD. Where are you from? What store are you buying it from? What is your budget?
