    When you hit the power button,do you hear/see the PSU turn on/cut out immediately? If you do,that could mean the PSU is doing it's job correctly if something is drawing too much power (aka a component is fried) and cutting out to prevent damaging components.

    Have you tried using another Port on you card
    it could also be that the Port on the display is broken.
    From the pictures it looks like the fragments aren't constantly in the same spot, So i think it has something to do with the ports/cable

    how hot is the card running while idle?

    in any case. i had this happen with an old r9 290 and it was due to it being a used mining card. card ran great with games , but would crash a lot just on the desktop unless it was underclocked. simply a result of being beat on it whole life.

    Try swapping out the power cables and the SATA cables. Make sure it fits snuggedly.

    Seems like they think it's a nvidia driver issue.

    Whoa, no it doesn't. Thanks! I guess it was just afterburner being weird. CPU 1 is actually at 100
