  1. During the transfer of files and playing Csgo at the same time (common haha), so yeah I do wish to mitigate this issue. The Ubiquities have had bandwidth issues along its ports, so I might avoid them.
  2. Hey all, I recently finished off a cheap 50$ switch and put an axe through its PCB (No Jokes). Every now and then it would slow down and cause transferring files to and from a NAS to run at 100kbps, even though it is a gigabit switch running Cat 6 to my computer. So, are there any suggestions to a good Cisco, Ubiquiti or etc. switch that anyone could recommend? Thanks in advance Florb
  3. Hey, Currently working on a project which includes the use of MS Access (Just don't bother asking why I didn't use SQL Server ). Anyone have any ideas on how to implement this text one way hash code into a form field? Public Function Encrypt(strIn As String, lngKEY as long) As String Dim strChr As String Dim i As Integer For i = 1 To Len(strIn) strChr = strChr & CStr(Asc(Mid(strIn, i, 1)) Xor lngKEY) Next i Encrypt = strChrEnd Function Thanks! 4. To save costs, just go with 2400MHz. Anything above that, is basically made for marketing.
  5. Does that mean 20TB Flash Storage Finally something to store...
  6. You can overclock your ram, however I find ZERO use in doing it, other then to make your life harder and maintenance more difficult.
  7. WD for reliability, quality and speed. Hitachi for OEM applications, mass storage and low cost.
  8. 1) Why not the Sabertooth X99. 2) Corsair 450D, NZXT H440, Fractal Define R5, In Win 904 Plus?
  9. 1) G1 Gaming 980 is amazing, you'll love it . 2) Not much, AA titles on minimum will suffer from microstutter, most competitive games, CS:GO, LoL will do fine at around 60fps
  10. ^ Exactly my point, fuck Australian Taxes,
  11. No import tax if you're carrying it through custom (Just hide it). My 5960X had a hell of a load of import tax IF it comes through customs through an online retailer. The other way would to route the transaction through a personal company; (might want to see an accountant for that).
