    270x is a overclocked 270 , if its cheaper get the 270x.

Depends on your resolution , at 1080p is quite decent for high settings gaming.

Its not a 1080p ultra card however.

    From the guru 3d review.

You can read the whole review here:

Thats the review of the msi version but all the cards will perform the same if you OC them to the same clocks.

The G3 from LG is the first phone I've used with a 2560x1440 display. That's a lotta pixels! Not to mention the rest of the top-of-the-range specs!

Alright, now onto the good stuff. LG is giving us TWENTY FIVE G3's to give away! All you need to do to qualify is post your favourite thing about the G3 from the review above in this thread and you can be selected at random to win one of these phones!

Please note that they are retail units (in the video I said pre-production, but this has since been changed) and they are Korean unlocked global units, so you will need to verify if they will work correctly on your carrier! To my knowledge they will work on AT&T or T-Mobile, but I got no data - only get voice and SMS on my carrier (Bell) so YMMV.

Either way you can still enter to win one, and you an always use it as a portable gaming device or whatever... I mean, it's a G3 man! The wifi will work! Best of luck to everyone!

    One entry per household.

The giveaway is worldwide and closes July 6th and the winners will be announced on Twitter, so make sure you're following @LinusTech!

There are some assholes on the pre-built PC industry that use thermal paste instead of thermal compound, I've seen it dozens of times. Check if the CPU has any bent pins, and if it does, straight them up carefully. You can only hope for the best.

first off if the T4 cooler slid around a little when you were putting it on, then it doesn't really matter, happens all the time.

secondly, if the CPU was ripped out when you tried to take the stock AMD cooler off then you may have damaged either the pins on the CPU or the Installation mount on the motherboard. Check both for visible damage if you are able to.

if you take the CPU back out check that all the pins are straight and that none are bent even slightly. If any are bent they you may be able to get away with just using pliers to straighten them again.

Another reason why this might have happened is that when your dad used a sharp knife to pry the cooler off the CPU it may have discharged (or subsequently charged) a current of electricity, known as static. If that is the case then it is most likely done and dusted I'm afraid.

    hope this helped

it's smoked, been that from the moment you removed it, you can't be able to remove the CPU, the arm is still closed down and put it back in and call it day, your socket Hold down Plat, the whole machanisme is broken, and the CPU can be even a micro mm off .
