its pretty much just a small electric knife with twos blade that are made like steak knives. Moves them back and forth for precision cutting. I use it to cut a steak if I ever eat at my desk. It's quite nice actually. lol

Ok just posted hopefully I get good recommendations and I also kinda want them to look good not as ulgy as those g.skill ones

You should go to a pc shop or somewhere to try it. but im gonna try to explain it really fast how they work. The red are really smooth the only need 45g to bottom out and theres no bump at the middle, the browns are also 45g to the middle and after that i think its 55g if im not wrong and in the middle its a slight bump so you know when you can go back up so you dont have to go all the way down, the blues are 50g to the middle and then 60g to bottom out and those are really clicky and you can hear when you come to the middle. 
If you get annyoed by the sound of the switches you can get o-rings that dampens the sound of the click and stuff
